The people who could be considered moderate such as Dowd, Cohn, McCabe, and McMaster have been replaced with hardliners that have cartoon-like persona such as Bolton.and diGenova (both from Fox News). Trump has resurrected John Bolton, this time as national security advisor. He is known as a hawk against the U.N and Iran. G.W. Bush recess-appointed him as U.S. ambassador to the U.N. in 2005. It was a case of assigning a fox to the henhouse, a behavior that Trump also enjoys. Bolton was later picked up by Fox News as a commentator. When Bolton was ambassador to the U.N. CNN ran a comical feature clip portraying him as Yosemite Sam but with a white mustache.
Both of the Clinton's and Obamas were attorneys. Doesn't mean that makes them more credible. Attorneys are professional liars. Schooled in it.

John Bolton to replace McMaster as Trump's national security adviser Ed Pilkington in New York and Julian Borger in Washington Thu 22 Mar 2018 19.42 EDT First published on Thu 22 Mar 2018 18.38 EDT John Bolton to replace McMaster as Trump's national security adviser excerpts: "Bolton’s arrival as national security advisor now casts a shadow over the future of the White House chief of staff, John Kelly, and the defence secretary, James Mattis, both of whom are reported to see Bolton as a wild card, and a civilian with no experience of war who has backed plunging the US into new conflicts. The former envoy to the UN in the George W Bush administration has been a consistent advocate of the use of military force to further US goals around the globe. He was an enthusiastic booster of the invasion of Iraq, based on the grounds – later proved spurious – that Saddam Hussein was developing weapons of mass destruction." "Some conservatives close to the White House had argued that Bolton was too hawkish for Trump, and that his foreign adventurism would detract from the president’s “America first” strategy of concentrating on creating US jobs and cutting immigration. But Trump, increasingly besieged by the investigation into his campaign’s contacts with the Kremlin, now seems to have set his sights on asserting US might abroad."
I wonder if this will ever even make the news. It doesn't seem like the major news outlets are picking it up. https://nypost.com/2018/03/22/dnc-h...portedly-identified-as-russian-intel-officer/

Flashback from January 2017. Trump says he'll unite the country. Yeah, right By Jonah Goldberg Jan 16, 2017 | 1:40 PM Trump says he'll unite the country. Yeah, right "There's an almost literary quality to Trump's insecurities; he craves respect more than almost anything else and yet respect remains agonizingly elusive — in part because he takes everything too personally. The presidency, normally a job for people with thick skins and a nose for insincere flattery, promises to only heighten Trump's sense of entitlement to respect and exacerbate his inevitable resentment when he doesn't receive it. So we'll continue on divided, angry and untrusting."

John Bolton, booster for the Iraq war, has called for the bombing of both Iran and North Korea. If you think those are fine ideas, you're nuts.
Bringing these extremist clowns on board is a signal that Trump plans to fire Mueller, after launching a further effort to discredit him. Paul Ryan says he has assurances that Trump won't do that? From whom? Ex-legal counsel John Dowd, the latest Trump appointee to desert the sinking ship?
Time to panic! This is nut house stuff. Trump will be finding a place for Sean Hannity soon. Surely he can find a spot for Ted Nugent and Anne Coulter. As Trump told us during the election, he only hires the best.
Dont even try to decode the strategy. The Trumpster is always 10 steps ahead of the next smartest guy in the room. Henry David Thoreau "We sometimes mistake the once-and-a-half-witted for the half-witted because we are calable of appreciating only one third of their wit."
Oh yes, he's such a genius. Ten steps ahead of everybody. The only person who believes that is Trump, himself. Sayyyyyyyyy. How's that wall coming? Congress seems to be balking. Any luck with Mexico?
