Trump can send Pence on a trip to Indiana to protest the kneeling of football players during the National Anthem but he can't show up at a rally for the benefit of children.

You just exposed your self. This is about hate. This is about KKK and Alt Right being empowered by Trump. This is about Trump and Pence courting the White Supremacists. This is about Christian Right Wing Extremists who support Trump...the embodiment of hate movements in America.

 

Always blows my mind how people can years latter be so upset over Obama and claim everything now is a justified response to him being mean to white people. And with a straight face say Trump does none of that. It's simple you were already racist and a black president worked you up. He was also democratic so even if he was white you would hate him but less so and for different reasons.

 

Not sure where you feel it reveals anything about me. You are the one educating me on the rise of hate groups and claiming Pence told you that he was a member of the KKK.

Until you said this, I thought the KKK was a southern hate group that was long ago extinguished. It's been very educational.

And I'm certainly not religious or Christian.

It looks more like you don't want to take responsibility for the idea that the left has been they very reason that racism is worse now than it was 8 years ago.

 

It's true his race ended up making no difference. And yes his policy's have helped shape America. I voted for him his first time out. Learned my lesson.

 

Having a black president shone a spotlight on racism. It isnt worse than 8 years ago, it just seems worse because people aren't sweeping it under the rug anymore

And you can't blame racism on anyone but racists. The rise of white supremacy groups is the responsibility of white supremacists. You cant give them a free pass by blaming other people, it doesnt work like that

 

So what was their status before the Obama years? I'm asking as I'm not the one that knows every state chapter of the KKK. I never heard about the white hate groups until recent years.

And the Russians have admitted they fed into racism in their trolling efforts. It obviously existed as a hot button topic to ignite.

I have been hearing the blacks discuss racism since I was old enough to understand English. Yet that is blamed on whites too. Interesting how no matter what direction it comes from, the left blame the right voting whites to be the reason.

Oh to answer your question, hate groups *have* been on the rise in recent years but they've always existed. There are many besides the KKK. And as a side note, the SPLC also classifies black supremacy groups as hate groups, just so no one thinks whites are unfairly targeted .

 

Who are the ones who aren't racist that you refer to?

If Trump is a racist for not denouncing white hate groups, how is Obama not a racist for not denouncing the black hate groups?

Is racism more or less a problem now than it was 8 years ago? 9 now.

BLM isnt a hate group. I'm not sure what other groups you're referring to that Obama should denounce but I did see you mention BLM. I also saw you mention Jesse Jackson LOL, he was the black guy people loved to demonize in the 90s. He's old news now and he doesnt belong to a hate group anyways

BLM so far just hates cops. So I agree they may not be all the way over to a complete racial hate group. Hatred is hatred. The Dems are supposed to be against hatred.

People aren't asking Trump to denounce hate groups just because they exist, they want him to denounce them because they supported his candidacy so strongly. I don't recall Obama receiving the same level of support from black supremacy groups, do you?

I dont personally care if Trump denounces anyone, I wish people would stop forcing apologies and just let one's words and actions or lack thereof speak for themselves

BLM's mission is to call attention to police brutality and systemic racism within law enforcement. That's a bit more nuanced than "hate"
