I would love to see the DVD which her lawyer put on the photo last weekend and would love to see the DVD Putin has in his top desk drawer.
Stormy and her attorneys are dishing out to Trump his own medicine. They are baiting him by posting remarks that put him in an excrutiating position of not being able to respond with insults. His silence is deafening. By responding, he would further damage the agreement he allegedly has with her and implicate himself. Stormy has been announcing reality TV style cliff hangers and innuendo. She's giving Trump's attorney offers that he will refuse, such as returning the $130K in return for dissolving the agreement. Stormy may be a good template for countries around the world to study when they have to deal with Trump and his tactics, such as his imposed tariffs. To date, countries have been trying to appease Trump like Hitler. It isn't going to work because of Trump's inability to adhere to agreements and his insatiable appetite for more money, power, and ego. Trump brought excess baggage with him into the White House and refused to relinquish it as he entered (tax form release, divesting, etc.). He created even more as President by hiring his relatives which creates ongoing suspicion, investigations, and litigation. His revolving-door, hire-fire, back-stabbing practice creates a steady stream of disgruntled has-beens who go on to write kiss and tell books that further distract and undermine him and that repel others from working for him. Having that much baggage makes it difficult to run an administration, even if he doesn't get nailed by Mueller.
Roaches, racism, and elitism. The movie 'Creepshow' released in 1982. segment: They're Creeping Up On You Upson Pratt is an elderly, wealthy urbanite who lives in the penthouse of the tower he owns. He is boastful, afflicted with internal racial issues, is callous toward others, and takes pride in unfairly firing people. Pratt is also a protectionist germaphobe who sees other people as invading vermin. Pratt thinks he is in complete control but faces an untimely end when things creep up on him. video ending spoiler
Oddly enough, the real cockroaches in the movie Creepshow that killed the wealthy Upson Pratt were imported from Guatemala, which borders Mexico. Even a concrete border wall in the U.S. wouldn't have kept the roaches away from Pratt. 15 GROSS Movie Scenes And The Stories Behind Them By Michael Edward Taylor 08.04.2017 15 GROSS Movie Scenes And The Stories Behind Them "Creepshow is one of George Romero’s finest films, and the horror anthology ends with the epically icky tale “They’re Creeping Up On You,” about an elderly germaphobe (played by E.G. Marshall) killed by cockroaches. The scene of a seemingly endless army of roaches erupting from his lifeless body has been the source of countless nightmares. Creating the sequence proved a challenge: Romero couldn’t get an export permit for hissing cockroaches, so the 20,000 bugs had to be imported from Guatemala on a temporary permit. This meant there had to be a “roach count” before and after each scene (while also reporting any bug deaths).
Stormy has a good lawyer who got good grades in logic class. He can do abstract thinking...something I haven't seen at the White House.
They are just outside our front door. This is a Republican state! I'm moving back to California where people are liberal and cool!
I lived in San Gabriel for a short time. And I lived in Arcata for a short time. Mostly, I lived in Fort Collins Colorado and the canyons behind it. During the 1970s I lived in Nogales Arizona for a short time because I was dating a local woman there.
Trump picks another fight, this time with Amazon whose CEO owns the Washington Post. Trump is misguided about his insinuated tax approach that would likely damage the small businesses he claims he is protecting. He has also shown that he doesn't understand the operations of the USPS. These types of misunderstandings in Trump's mind are similar to his convoluted tariff approaches that try to protect a particular industry such steel, of which his commerce secretary, Wilbur Ross, is so fond, at the expense of damaging numerous other markets. Initially it makes for a good talking point when trying to appeal to voters related to a particular market. An example is Trump's visit to PA to try to help Saccone win an open U.S. House seat by appealing to the local steel industry just after announcing his tariffs. Trump failed at that attempt. Amazon shares slump as Trump goes after the retail giant over taxes Michael Sheetz March 29, 2018 Amazon shares slump as Trump goes after the retail giant excerpt: "Analysts at Wall Street firm Stifel said Thursday that it appears Trump was referring to taxes on sales by third-party retailers on the website, which account for about 50 percent of volume on Amazon. Amazon might actually benefit from the move Trump is suggesting, Stifel added, since it would raise prices on third-party merchandise relative to the online giant's inventory, potentially hurting small businesses. That report also noted Trump's view of the post office is one which "has been explained to him in multiple meetings" as "inaccurate." The U.S. Postal Service is not owned or operated by the government. Rather, it is an "establishment of the executive branch," meaning the service is controlled by presidential appointees and acts as a government agency."
A 22 year old unarmed black man was murdered by the police in California in his grand mother's back yard. The back yard is private property. All our racist president can say is "it's a local matter." However, he and his attorney general have encouraged cops to get tough with colored people and have ended police community outreach programs. Trump and Sessions want colored people to obey the white master race.
It hasn't yet escalated to the point of Trump using the U.S. military directed by the federal government to try to enforce domestic immigration law in CA and elsewhere. The Posse Comitatus Act places constraints on such actions with exceptions for situations such as military invasions into the U.S. and national emergencies. It's currently a tit-for-tat legal battle between CA and Jeff Sessions. CA is suing the government over the census bureau citizenship question. Sessions is suing CA over three particular CA laws related to immigration enforcement. Sessions threatened to subpoena employers for documents about employees. CA recently passed a law making it illegal for employers to give out the information that Sessions wants. Sessions later sued CA. It's a battle of CA claiming that it isn't obligated to assist the federal government on federal issues such as immigration versus Sessions claiming that particular CA laws are an obstruction of federal enforcement. It has a reasonable chance of ending up in the U.S. Supreme Court.
Trump's Justice Department sues California over immigration enforcement by Pete Williams Mar.06.2018 / 9:00 PM ET / Updated Mar.07.2018 / 5:23 PM ET Trump's Justice Department sues California over immigration enforcement excerpt: The lawsuit, filed in federal court in the state capital, Sacramento, challenges three specific laws: — SB 54, which restricts law enforcement officials from notifying federal immigration agents about the release dates for prisoners in their custody who have been convicted and therefore face deportation. It also prohibits local officials from transferring those prisoners to federal custody. As a result, the Justice Department says, immigration agents face greater danger in re-arresting the former prisoners once they're back on the streets. — AB 450, which forbids private employers from cooperating with immigration agents who conduct worksite enforcement operations. The law also requires employers to tell their workers when federal agents are coming to conduct inspections. The Justice Department said a committee of the state legislature described the law as an effort to frustrate "an expected increase in federal immigration enforcement actions." — And AB 103, which requires the state to inspect detention facilities where federal authorities are holding immigrants who face deportation.
In a related matter, the Trump administration lost a round in an ongoing court battle that began when it tried to deny federal grants to what it referred to as sanctuary cities that weren't cooperating.. Federal Court Says Trump Administration Can't Deny Funds To Sanctuary Cities Richard Gonzales September 15, 2017 7:26 PM ET Federal Court Says Trump Administration Can't Deny Funds To Sanctuary Cities excerpt: "U.S. District Judge Harry Leinenweber ruled that Attorney General Jeff Sessions exceeded his authority by requiring cities to cooperate with federal immigration officials or lose grant money for fighting crime. Sessions wanted local authorities to detain people in this country illegally for 48 hours, so immigration agents could apprehend them, and allow agents into local jails. The judge issued a temporary nationwide injunction in response to a lawsuit brought by the city of Chicago. The order prevents the Justice Department from withholding grant money until there is a final determination in the lawsuit, which could take months."
Pence being leftover as President in the event that Trump gets run out of office during his term isn't going to be the rosy scenario that some of his supporters are claiming. He would probably issue pardons to Trump and his associates, assuming Trump doesn't pardon himself and get away with it. Pence's reputation would likely be comparable to that of a post-Nixon Ford whose approval ratings degraded after the pardons. The Republicans would probably have an even more crippled Congress and White House and a damaged electorate. Unexpected incidents could occur that would preclude Pence from becoming President. Nixon's original VP, Agnew, didn't even get a chance to become President when Nixon eventually resigned due to being prosecuted for tax fraud, bribery, and extortion.
Didn't he used to post on this site? Wondered what happened to him. I'm having a bunch of them over to the house tonight. All gung ho Trumpies. Should be fun!
