Trump would have run unprotected into the burning floor of his tower and saved everyone by himself....if it wasn't for his bone spurs.

Trump knows more about fighting fires than the firefighters themselves.

    comic relief video

When meeting with foreign dignitaries, Trump tries to stay on topic and, as usual, fails.

Trump: "Let’s make this quick because I’ve got a lot of trade wars to escalate here, O.K.?"

Farmers now feel similar to DACA recipients being used as pawns by Trump.

Farmers’ Anger at Trump Tariffs Puts Republican Candidates in a Bind

    excerpts:

"The secretary of agriculture has some authority to help farmers by creating new programs that could draw on funds from the Treasury. For instance, the secretary could direct the Commodity Credit Corporation, a government-owned entity, to purchase soybeans to buoy farmers’ revenues, said Kent Conrad, a former Democratic senator from North Dakota.

In the past, these powers have been used to provide relief from wildfires and other natural disasters, farm groups said. But such a program could be time-consuming and costly.

“All of that has serious consequences,” Mr. Conrad said. “It has costs to the government at a time when the deficits and debt have already soared, and we are going to have a trillion-dollar deficit.” The federal budget deficit, despite the strong economy, reached $598 billion for the first half of the current fiscal year, the Congressional Budget Office said on Friday, $71 billion more than was recorded during the same period last year.

If the White House does end up subsidizing farmers, that may open trade conflicts on other fronts. Chad P. Bown, a senior fellow at the Peterson Institute for International Economics, said that such a measure could spark trade challenges from countries beyond China, which would object to unfair competition from American agriculture."

Melania married Trump, had a child by him, received her U.S. citizenship, and was later followed by her older sister and her parents coming to the U.S.

Similar to Trump and his income taxes, Melania has refused to disclose the documents of her immigration which has a murky history. Releasing them would clear up her history and would probably provide details about how her relatives came to the U.S.

Trump tells farmers to stand up to praise him and thank him for his giving them the privilege to vote for him.

Donald Trump Has Sold Out Family Farmers
Trump claims he’s “fighting for our farmers,” but his policies mainly benefit agribusiness.

Donald Trump Has Sold Out Family Farmers

"Has Donald Trump been good to America’s family farms? He certainly seems to think so: “Oh, are you happy you voted for me. You are so lucky that I gave you that privilege,” the president told members of the American Farm Bureau Federation in Nashville on Monday, where he gave his first major address of the year. Trump clearly enjoyed himself. He preened and smirked, baring his white teeth. “Get up,” he instructed the audience at one point, demanding a standing ovation.

In his speech, Trump bragged about the stock market’s rise—“Everybody happy with your 401(k)?” he asked, never mind that fewer than half of farm households have any kind of retirement account at all. He made no mention of his proposal to shrink the USDA budget by 21 percent. Trump promised to “end chain migration” and “build the wall,” though he said nothing about the shortage of farmworkers exacerbated by his anti-immigration policies. (As many as 70 percent of America’s farmworkers are undocumented.) Trump touted two new executive orders intended to expand broadband Internet in the many rural communities that lack access. But the executive orders don’t provide any new funding, which is the primary barrier. And while Trump boasted of the number of regulations cut during his first year in office, he didn’t say anything about the most significant agriculture-related regulatory rollback: the withdrawal of rules proposed by Obama under the Grain Inspection, Packards, and Stockyards Act (GIPSA) to protect farmers and ranchers from predatory and retaliatory practices by the giant agribusinesses that control the meat market."

In West Virginia, Trump literally throws his notes into the air and turns what was supposed to be a discussion about taxes into a praise-fest for himself.

Fox News is calling upon Trump to bomb Syria.

Fox knows how to pull Trump's strings by telling him that he will 'garner praise' if he performs a particular act. Fox also knows how to rile him up by mentioning incidents like a caravan of migrants in Mexico heading toward the U.S. which appeals to Trump's pathological fear of what he perceives to be invading agents.

Trump Vows ‘Big Price’ for Syria Attack, Raising Prospect of Missile Strike

On Sunday, Mr. Trump’s tweets came not long after a report on Fox News about the massacre in Douma, in which an anchor said that “all eyes” would now be on the president’s response, and that the airstrikes last year had “garnered praise” from American allies.

The timing of the tweets alarmed some progressives who warned that Mr. Trump might make military decisions based on commentary on his favorite cable news outlet.

“If Trump should launch missiles, it is because Fox and Friends told him to,” VoteVets, a group that focuses on military issues and is aligned with Democrats, said on Twitter. “We cannot possibly overstate how insane and disastrous for command of our military that would be.”

Yes, John Bolton Really Is That Dangerous

Opinion | Yes, John Bolton Really Is That Dangerous

"The good thing about John Bolton, President Trump’s new national security adviser, is that he says what he thinks.

The bad thing is what he thinks.

There are few people more likely than Mr. Bolton is to lead the country into war. His selection is a decision that is as alarming as any Mr. Trump has made. His selection, along with the nomination of the hard-line C.I.A. director, Mike Pompeo, as secretary of state, shows the degree to which Mr. Trump is indulging his worst nationalistic instincts.

Mr. Bolton, in particular, believes the United States can do what it wants without regard to international law, treaties or the political commitments of previous administrations."

While all this was going on, on Friday the U.S. did something else which actually seems to be appropriate: announced sanctions against Russia, targeting Putin's son-in-law and Russian companies and billionaire oligarchs with close ties to the Kremlin for Russia's "attacks to subvert western democracies". U.S. slaps new sanctions on Russia, targeting billionaires and Putin's son-in-law .And the sanctions even hit Alexander Torshin, reported launderer for Russian mobsters and liason between Russia and the American NRA , of which he is a life member. Trump seems to be sticking his neck out! As was mentioned, this morning Trump tweeted criticism of Putin (by name) for his complicity in supporting "animal Assad"'s chemical weapons attacks on Syrian opponents, and said Russia, Syria, and Iran will pay a "big price"--this days after he talked about withdrawing U.S. forces from Syria. What's happening? Does this mean the bromance with Putin is over? Is it Fox? Hannity? Is the influence of newly appointed neocon John Bolton as National Security Adviser already being felt before he even officially reports for duty? What gives?

-Trump announces plans for withdrawing from Syria
    -the establishment is against it
-Russia then warns of a possibile false flag chemical attack
-Chemical attack happens even though Syria wa on the verge of winning.

    This isn’t adding up

So I take it your inclination is to believe Russia--always such a trustworthy source. They always say the chemical attacks are false flag. I guess the dead and injured kids were actors like NRA and InfoWars say after a school shooting. Must be an international pool of them, who go from one set to another playing victim.

The fit has finally hit the shan. The FBI has raided the office and hotel room of Trump personal lawyer Mickey Cohen, The scope of the search included but was much broader than the Stormy Daniels stuff. This is better than Game of Thrones, and we don't even need an HBO subscription! Will this hasten Trump's firing of Mueller?

Trump apparently hasn't made any public statements about the man who died in the Trump Tower fire, Todd Brassner.

Trump bragged that his tower withstood a fire — but has been silent about the man who died in it

Trump bragged that his tower withstood a fire — but has been silent about the man who died in it

    excerpt:

"Officials later announced that the Trump Tower resident had died at Mount Sinai Hospital and identified him as 67-year-old Todd Brassner, who lived in unit 50C. They also revised the count of injured firefighters from four to six.

Nevertheless, Trump’s Saturday evening tweet has remained the only comment he has made regarding the fire in his building, where he keeps an office and a residence. The White House said Saturday that the first family was not in New York when the fire broke out.

On Sunday morning, Trump posted about a half-dozen tweets on a variety of subjects, including the “rigged” investigation into Hillary Clinton and how he and Chinese President Xi Jinping would “always be friends, no matter what happens with our dispute on trade.” But he has not revisited the Trump Tower fire, even after news of Brassner’s death."
