The Celtics couldn’t hit the side of a barn with 7 for 39, 3-point shooting including Terry Rozier who missed all 10 of his attempts.

I saw that she was in 17th place at the time but to be honest she had no real expectation of winning, saw her mother running over to check on her condition.

No one touched her she just overcompensated and spun out.

I’m equally upset but It's quelled somewhat by the image of a defeated LeBron James at home in game 4 of the finals against
either Golden State or Houston as they get swept away in 4

Fifteen minutes after midnight and I'm having my breakfast. That's the first food for yesterday, Sunday. Ibuprofen too.

My freaking lower back and hip made me cry outloud and cry tears when I woke up a little while ago.

I couldn't eat or take Ibuprofen earlier on Sunday. Irritable Bowel did not enjoy the Pinto Beans on Saturday evening.

if your goal is to see lebron crying, you really don't have to throw a game to get there. just go flick his ear or something, the tears will flow like a river.

i kind of wish the cavs had lost this one, now i'll have to hear about this shit for another two months while they play the final series.

That’s the one thing I hate about the NBA the fact that the season doesn’t end until mid-June.

As for LeBron yeah it’s doesn’t take much to get him crying like a school girl

When the Ibuprofen kicks in I'm going to shower, wash a few dishes, and hopefully feel like stretching far enough to put new sheets on my bed. I'm excited.

Hubby fell just after rescuing me from my hip pain.

I didn't have my cane by the bed like I normally do. I was trying to make it to the bathroom when I tried to bend to move something I had the fan sitting on. That's when the pain hit me.

Emma went crazy when she heard me crying out so after hubby had brought me my cane, he got her ready to go outside.

He was attempting to hook her to her cable when he lost his footing and fell backwards on the decking. He rolled up on his back and hit the back of his neck on the seat edge of a wooden chair.

He got up and has been moving around. I think he will just be really sore. He had some Ibuprofen too.

I worry about him like when I'm gone, and my son is gone, for a week out of state on vacation.

Sorry hope you feel better, you’re not exactly projecting the perfect image of a memorial day weekend with friends over to watch the Indy 500,
a town parade ending at the city cemetery to honor our fallen heroes, followed by the family barbecue with Quahogs, Steamers, and hotdogs.

so basically your perfect memorial day is watching cars drive in circles on tv, followed by watching cars drive in roughly a straight line in person?

    Thanks.

    I'm getting warmed back up.

I put sheets in to wash and put away the stuff that was in the dryer.

I believe I'll make some iced tea.

I seriously feel for Aerianne and I hope she feels better, but you have to admit, my image (any image) of a perfect memorial day weekend
is not likely to involve being laid up on a diet of pain killers.

I wish it wasn't supposed to be monsooning later today.

There's an event at the war memorial wall in town but I'm sure it will probably get rained out.

Monsooning here today too. The ground is saturated so there's a high threat of flooding

    Trying to keep moving

Sometimes i think depression is a physical illness rather than a mental one. It always hits me physically first, I get achey and it feels like a weight is pressing on me and I have no energy. The sadness and emotional distress comes later, when I get tired of feeling like that.

If i can will myself to keep moving i can avoid the sadness. Then depression just morphs into OCD and I spend most of my time circling the house cleaning and making sure everything is just so, but i can stand that much better than being depressed. And i get a really clean house out of the deal.

other than the "laid up" part, i think a diet of painkillers is the image of a perfect memorial day weekend for a large amount of people these days.

When I can get my mind into gear the arthritis is still a challenge to overcome but I usually find a way to get things done even if it is a little wonky in the doing.

My drug of choice would be opiods, minus the acetaminophen. Of course, I'd become dependent and require copious doses, lol.

Right now, hunger is an issue.
The question is: Bacon and Cheese Eggs, or Cheese and Refried Bean Quesadilla...?
