just returned from working at my sisters all day....have a van full of stuff as usual....she was extra generous with her rolling stones stuff that she's been collecting from working with them over the years.....

then later in the day she casually says to me...''Hannah and I leave Prague on july first for a couple weeks''.....she didn't have to finish I knew right away she was gonna join the stones mini tour....fuck i'm jealous....Hannah is my 16 yr old niece who has seen the stones in at least 10 countries while mom was on tour.....my own mom at 80 joined the tour for 3 weeks years back in spain and had a glass of wine with ron wood backstage

im so frustrated, on so many fronts, that im starting to think im losing the war.

 

I like the new deck expansion. i went over a cellar door that i figure Ill never use again anyway and a few areas that would be plots for plants, usually my cannabis. i find the deck much more useful and open compared to the porch alone. now to figure out railing cause Im not very good at that part.

 

Easy peas just drill holes and bolt stuff in.

if i were covering a cellar entrance i would certainly find a way to keep it usable if needed. trap door in the porch or something. do you have an interior access?

 

Today I saw a squirrel that was half gold half grey.

It’s front was grey like a grey squirrel, it’s back half was gold like a common ground squirrel around here.

It was the freakiest squirrel I’ve ever seen.

Lots like that in the uk.. we see little of the red squirrel now, but sometimes you see them pesky grey ones with red Tails or half red... Guess those grey ones liked the look of our reds lol
