That's what I am attempting to point out: Some of these trucks were too new, as in having been delivered to ISIS after 2014! Maybe we should check in with Gina Haspel?
Yup, I saw that too. Three year old has to represent himself in an American court room! Sessions found a way to deny him a court appointed lawyer and Trump took away his parents.
Have I got a deal for you! Give all Americans of voting age the same test we give new immigrants to this country. The ones who pass can stay here, the rest will be sent back to the countries of ancestral origin. That will depopulate the Red States quickly, and allow us natives to take back our land.
That's precisely why you'll never get it "back". You expect it to just be magically gifted back. You know how territory is won yet you still expect it to just be handed back with a bow on it. That's seriously pitiful. You've been buying the left's shit for way too long.
Whatever happened to justice and morality? Seriously, we don't expect to get it back. Just calling you out on your "might makes right" philosophy.
It's not my philosophy, it's shared by all of humanity. Even American Indians/Native Americans practiced every one of the worst aspects of human society. You also conveniently ignore all the deals that were made in favor of the "white people stole it all" theory. You draw a straight line of cause and effect that totally bypasses a critical look at the actual history. Not that it matters, you never suffered any of the issues you lament and I never delivered them onto you. Your obvious hatred is nothing short of pitiful. Having to literally dig through history to determine who deserves your ire is just plain weird. I can't imagine hating today's Romans even though they did all kinds of shit to my ancestors. Where exactly do you plan to make your case for "justice"? And where on earth do you get the idea that you have a claim on morality? You're human, so you're just as immoral as any other human. Same as me. Same as Trump. Same as Geronimo. Same as Woody Allen.
Whoa. Holy over-reaction. I think you're putting a whole line of argumentation into my mouth that is actually coming from your mind. My ancestors were allies to the colonists in the American Revolution, and were treated with respect by George Washington. Piomingo and his warriors volunteered in 1791 to help the U.S. deal with several tribes of northern Indians who were hostile to the U.S. George Washington and the Chickasaws: A Bond of Mutual Respect | Chickasaw.tv Far from hating this country, I'm lovin' it and claiming it as my own. That's why it disturbs me so much that the Trumpsters are messing it up. Just letting you know that we Native Americans understand the problem of illegal immigrants. So you're justifying imperialism because everybody does it, is that what you're saying? There goes any chance of moral improvement for humanity. Now on the immorality of humans, I agree to some extent, if you're talking original sin. Humans have a propensity toward evil, some more than others. But they also have a potential for good. Evolutionist E.O. Wilson believes that somewhere in our evolutionary history, probably with homo habilis, our ancestors developed a specialized module for morality that enabled us to wrestle with and often overcome our egocentric impulses. This enabled us to co-operate, which was critical to our survival as a species. Yes, this often meant co-operate against a neighboring tribe. And it's also true that conquest, along with commerce, paved the way for the development of universal values. I think the major religions and moral philosophers of the world have made significant advances in making us aware of ourcommon humanity and duties toward one another. So as a rational human, I have a claim to morality, as heir to the great moral thinkers who made us civilized. And I don't hesitate to make appeals to justice in the court of public opinion. As Saint Augustine put it, "without justice what else is the State but a great band of robbers." Do you think morality is a delusion?. Some of us seem to haven't quite evolved yet, culturally and morally speaking. That would include the orange ape in the oval office, and those of his minions who are still into primitive "might makes right" behavior. It's sophistry and moral relativism to suggest that because we're all sinners we should turn a blind eye to evil and injustice when they're staring us in the face.
Trump no longer talks a lot about the stock market. Here’s why By Niv Elis 07/01/18 07:34 PM EDT Trump no longer talks a lot about the stock market. Here’s why excerpt: "President Trump spent the first year of his presidency singing the praises of the stock market, which rose precipitously in anticipation of GOP tax cuts and business-friendly deregulation. Nearly seven months into 2018, Trump barely mentions the markets anymore. The S&P still at 2,718. Even as good economic news continues to make headlines, the stock markets have become volatile. The S&P 500, considered one of the best representations of the U.S. stock market, is hovering at the same level it was in late December and early January. During his first full year in office, Trump tweeted the phrase “stock market” 46 times, almost once a week. Since January 26th, when the market topped out at 2,872, and headed into a correction, Trump has only Tweeted about it twice."
Exclusive: A leaked Trump bill to blow up the WTO by Jonathan Swan July 1, 2018 Exclusive: A leaked Trump bill to blow up the WTO excerpt: "Axios has obtained a leaked draft of a Trump administration bill — ordered by the president himself — that would declare America’s abandonment of fundamental World Trade Organization rules. Why it matters: The draft legislation is stunning. The bill essentially provides Trump a license to raise U.S. tariffs at will, without congressional consent and international rules be damned. The details: The bill, titled the "United States Fair and Reciprocal Tariff Act," would give Trump unilateral power to ignore the two most basic principles of the WTO and negotiate one-on-one with any country: The "Most Favored Nation" (MFN) principle that countries can't set different tariff rates for different countries outside of free trade agreements; "Bound tariff rates" — the tariff ceilings that each WTO country has already agreed to in previous negotiations. "It would be the equivalent of walking away from the WTO and our commitments there without us actually notifying our withdrawal," said a source familiar with the bill. "The good news is Congress would never give this authority to the president," the source added, describing the bill as "insane." "It's not implementable at the border," given it would create potentially tens of thousands of new tariff rates on products. "And it would completely remove us from the set of global trade rules.""
The CNN and MSNBC coverage this morning is about Michael Cohen statements which indicate he is turning against Trump and will give state's evidence against Trump. He did say he will tell the American people about Trump directing the Stormy Daniels payment. He did say his family and this country come first.
Mike Cohen loyal to family and country over Trump. In a interview with George Stephanopoulos Cohen may be ready to dodge the bullet and turn on Trump.
When I was very young...a long time ago...I heard The Sun Never Sets On The British Empire! So, that says THEY DID STEAL IT ALL!
Michael Cohen Apparently Flipping Is Extremely Bad News for Trump by Jonathan Chait July 2, 2018 10:36 am 5 Reasons Michael Cohen Apparently Flipping Is Extremely Bad News for Trump excerpt: "When the FBI raided Michael Cohen’s home and office three months ago, President Trump freaked out like he has never freaked out before. And now the worst of his fears appears to have been realized. In a new interview with George Stephanopoulos, Cohen all but states that he will cooperate with the FBI rather than protect his longtime boss. “My wife, my daughter, and my son, and this country have my first loyalty,” says Cohen. More significantly, ABC reports that Cohen is ending his joint defense agreement with Trump, which is what Michael Flynn did before flipping. What would it mean for Trump if Cohen turns on him? The short answer is, it would be extremely bad. A somewhat longer list of reasons why: Cohen apparently made illegal payments on Trump’s behalf. Cohen made payments to Stormy Daniels to keep her quiet about their affair. Daniels’s lawyer, Michael Avenatti, has produced documents proving that she sent her payment to Cohen at his Trump Tower location, and that Cohen communicated through his official Trump Organization email. That means Cohen was acting on Trump’s behalf. And if the payment was intended to help Trump’s campaign, it constitutes an illegal campaign donation."
The investigators just got the part of evidence which the judge determined was not a violation of attorney client protection, pursuant to Cohen's motion in limini. I have been wondering if the Broidy settlement for 1.6 million was for the same David Dennison? If that comes out...WOW!
The EU warns of the consequences of a 20% tariff on EU assembled cars. A 25% tariff would have negative effect of $13 to $14 billion in losses to the U.S.
Mueller reportedly has gained access to the NRA's tax records. He's looking for connections of illegal money reaching Trump's campaign from Russian sources. There may be more.
Kentucky GOP is cutting off dental and vision plans for about 500,000 people after the courts rule that you can't require Medicaid recipients to "get a job" to continue their benefits. The ruling was a major blow to Trump's work or die healthcare policy.
My Sunday School has been studying Adam Grant's book Give and Take, in which the author, from the vantage point of organizational psychology, identifies three broad styles of interpersonal dealing: taking, matching, and giving. Takers are those who try to take more than they give. They are usually narcissistic (p.30). Grant didn't mention Trump (He was thinking mainly of Ken Lay of Enron notoriety). But Trump naturally comes to mind. Grant notes that takers usually get punished but the punisher usually takes a hit as well. And that's the rub. I think we'll all pay a heavy price before Trump falls--like the Enron stockolders and employees.
I've been saying for nearly ten years that the GOP will kick the old, the sick, the poor, the hungry, and the disabled out to the curb to freeze to death. Most of these people worked forty years before falling sick. They are not welfare queens who drive welfare Cadillacs like Reagan made up.
