What's Happening???

Girls at work are always cold. The thermostat might say 80° but they're still cold.

 

I just keep sweaters and jackets in my office. They never come home with me except once in awhile to be washed.

 

I much prefer to be cold because I can warm up easier, once I'm hot I'm done, you don't come back from it and I tend to break into a sweat really easily. Mind you since I lost a ton of weight I feel the cold a lot more. Still better than sweating though.

 

Whew......howdy folks, busy day here. Went to the big city to do deliveries. Brought a kitten back with me but I think I did the meet & greet wrong with the resident farm cats cause they hissed & now kitten won't come out of his hidin' place. Ugh. Then I went over to the garlic fields & knocked a row out even though it's s'posed to be a day off. Don't get me wrong I'd rather work than sit on my ass but still was a busy one. Finally get to sit down with a cold one. Guess I'll figure the kitten out tomorrow

 

Speaking of the workplace we hired a new guy a couple of weeks ago. He's a good guy, seems like he is a fast learner and all but he badly needs pants that fit him and a belt. My coworker, Haley, works right behind him and whenever he bends over his work station she gets an eyeful of moon pie. I was giving her hell about it today; she points right at his ass and mumbles, "all day."

 

They usually wear long sleeve shirts, or hoodies lol There are days when it's not as bad, but most days it's frigid.

 

How does garlic grow? Like under the ground? I don't know this.

I think you do more work in one day, than I do in a week at the office lol

 

I just wondered if the men had to wear suits; that would explain them being hot and wanting more air.

 

Okay, yea...we have a business casual office, most days.

 

Somebody offered to pay me under the table to disassemble an old beat-up VW beetle. I get started on that early tomorrow morning before the heat of the day

 

were they on their knees?

 

@ DEIDRE: The local McDonald's near New Britain Stadium (central Connecticut) is hit with a double whammy right now:

1- It's two weeks into their second remodel in less than 2 years
2- It's always f-----g FREEZING in there!

I have been practicing really well. i just have to be confident enough to actually do what I teach myself, just when it comes to big matches like these, I have a tendancy to just play safe, so i don't use spins, but i'm in the competition now where, I just have to. damned if you do, damned if you dont.

 

Yeah I used to be a car restoration apprentice.

One thing I’m not looking forward to is untwisting rusted bolts. That’s a pain in the ass. But when they break right off, that’s nice
