32C here! We're supposed to finally get cooler weather and some rain this week though.

Thanks to you all, this so far has been just about the best birthday in a long time..

They listened about the meal.. we are going mexican..awsome!

Got some great presents.. and my grandsons, the pesky boys are here.. I only see them about twice a year, eldest is as tall as me now, gave me a hug, his arms around my shoulders.. made me weep! But they are awsome funny people still..

I had breakfast in bed with them.. chocolate spread on toast!!!
The coffee wasn't bad.. jees how time fly's! But the food still sticks to everything..

 

I'm so sorry to hear about your friend, but it sounds like he is at peace, and I personally believe possibly most content than he has been since his wife died. Some people just never get over their mate's passing... but he sounded like a truly good person, with a good heart and sense of humor.

That is so so concerning about the dog, and I thank you so much for more than just "taking an interest" but in doing something to help that baby. There should be a rescue, surely, where you live that could help with that baby. dang

You are really a good man...I don't care what you want to act like sometimes. lol You don't fool me...

now go take Julie, and go see MoLo after you get Ed's dog-baby rescued.

I don't think they would let us all be in one place at the same time... Something about "damages" or someshyt.

 

I think if I actually won a lottery I would totally pay for 50 of us to meet somewhere
