I think the problem is your notion that "everyone" is sodomizing each other, and that we're all fucked because there are KY jelly commercials on TV when kids are around and that we're all saying with our sexual exploits that we don't give a shit. And that having sex with our spouses is just about power. That's a distorted view of reality. I don't think that's true at all for normal adult people. All the sex on TV has at least as much to do with capitalism as liberalism--i.e.,making a buck by exploiting human weakness--and most men, contrary to what you may hear these days, aren't sexual predators.
