What's Happening???

Last night at boxing class,I was sparring with an out-of-breath twenty something year old that asked me how old I was after the round was out.

I grinned and said 46.
He shook his head.
I felt pretty good.

 

I mostly edit a thousand times because my tablet likes to assume every word is something else and it changes it and when I backspace it glitches on me and I get a string of words like thisthisthisthis and it's frustrating as hell. If I don't read closely enough before I post, I keep finding typos I didn't intend lol

 

I don't get the backspace concatenation thing but other than that, I totally relate. Although when you turn predictive text off, you realize how much you rely on it.

I will say predictive text definitely comes in handy when typing drunk.

 

I do have a love hate relationship with my predictive text. I should probably just use my computer more. I kind of miss when phones had physical keys. It's easier to avoid messing up when you're typing. I've messed with my keyboard settings so many times to get rid of the weird string of letters thing but I can't figure it out.

 

Before phones had a virtual keyboard I personally found it much easier to button bash a Nokia. I could bang out a sentence like a mofo. Now I'm always hitting backspace, my fingers touch multiple letters no matter how big they are. At the moment on my Samsung S8 my keyboard is half the screen and I struggle mightily. I'm in the eaxt same boat as princess. I edit my posts up to 3 times.

 

I was able to sleep maybe an hour and a half but I got enough sleep yesterday!

Same. No matter how big the keyboard is, I touch multiple keys and screw up. I think if you have the sound on keypress turned on it helps a little, but the noise gets irritating. I used to have a Motorola Razr and I texted like a beast under the desk while I was at school. I didn't even look down and I barely ever made a mistake.

 

Well I just found out my new phone formats Pictures WAAAYYYYY Bigger than my last one I posted a pic in the Pics of yourself thread and my Mug Took up nearly the whole screen. Geez.. had to reformat that.

 

I found out they usually give me a cold sooner or later... And I really hate a dripping nose even more when its around 30C! Wich makes me think: poor folks with hay fever...!

I dropped Percy and Sweetie Pie off for neutering and spaying this morning.

And wouldn't you know it...Bane is missing. He's the deaf cat and I haven't seen him since yesterday morning.

I'm so thankful that I decided to only have two human children.

These fur babies keep me as busy as they would if they were human, I think.

Now, to call the bakery and see if they have the cake I want for my son's birthday.

 

Riding High after solving 2 computer coding exercises in Java after taking a few week hiatus. I feel like sometimes when I constantly do it I get overloaded with information and I'm not necessarily retaining it. I seemed to be more procedural with it after some time away.
