G'afternoon folks. 86°F up here today, just watched the rain come over then break up & head east without a drop for us....dammit.....

60's tomorrow and finally supposed to be coolin' off. Ready for fall for sure. Gonna crack me a cold Guinness after work today. It'll be a damn fine night

 

YAY! I found my iPod shuffle in a coat pocket. I thought it was stolen several months ago.

Now, if I can find my missing $200 sunglasses.....

I've got a case of the "feels".

I cried about my cats yesterday. The one that's gone and the one that's not.

Today, I cried about my mom & dad, and my brother being gone.

I miss them.

I miss my husband being nice to me and treating me with respect.

I miss my boyfriend, too. He's not dead just gone.

I dare not get started crying about him, though.

Yuck.

Ewww.

Feelings.

 

Anyway...I'm fine

and hungry so I'll get a little food in me.

 

Life can be sad. But it sure is beautiful.

This story isn't that surprising when I remember hearing that Richard Gere puts gerbils in his rectum.

 

It's been like 89 here today, but the "real feel" temp is always in the 100s or high 90s with high humidity. The air outside is basically the same thing as going to a sauna.

 

About 1/2 hour ago there was a shytton of Starlings in the trees out front... Getting ready to migrate, except they don't migrate anymore. They just get together and talk about it...

 

This was propaganda spread by the Chinese government to undermine the Tibetan independence movement

 

I know the gerbil story is bullshit... How do you figure it was government sponsored propaganda though? Not saying you're wrong, but I'm curious.
