Speaking of which have you played Witcher 3? I have it but for the life of me I can't figure out where I should even be going to level up. Ended up trying to kill a monster in the story line several levels higher and couldn't manage it.

 

unnaturally active this morning. I've been up since 7:30, almost... chipper. (perish the thought!) I've watered my indoor herb garden I've restarted (not that kind. I bloody WISH) turned some leftover gf cornbread into stuffing, and experiencing sensations I usually dont' until late fall/early winter. it's the north wind and dark skies, I'm sure. but it actually feels like a season, and for texas, that's freaking weird.

 

No, it was recommended to me and i know it's up my alley but just had to be selective. Can't emerge yourself in every deep RPG...! Without also having a life... I recall considering this one but went with Skyrim at the time. You can spend a ridicilous amount of hours at both games (great worlds, lots of story, sidequests, lore and in depth setting stuff. I got a pretty good impression of the Witcher because i watched my friend play it several times and also roamed the world myself there. But yeah, just snippets.

 

I could ask my friend I recall him being busy travelling and unlocking stuff to level up. But googling yourself is probably faster!

 

Not really.
I used to play Assassin's Creed. The one that takes place in Renaissance Italy.
Later I found out there's one that takes place in Jerusalem and Damascus, which would have been cooler than Renaissance Italy. But whatevs.
I played one summer because it was convenient. But it was a lot of fun.

Probably a good thing I haven't really played anything since, because I could see myself maybe getting into it.
So yeah...better not.
