I know - I realised it later - I DO know that the benefits are sexual and I thoroughly enjoy them - even when it's just getting the inside of my elbow licked, just after she's eaten strawberry ice cream

 

I really like sex a lot but I wouldn't consider myself an addict. I don't need to go out and actively seek it, although admittedly it's probably because most of it comes to me.

Speaking on behalf of my husband - this being the Wikipedia definition of a sex addict then yes he most certainly is.
