Seems in such a situation it gets acknowledged by both sides here that dinner dates are used as a medium of payment to get nookie, just not after one dinner but multiple. I would object. Besides, i would split the bill or let her pay next dinner. But would probably prefer to do something else to get to know eachother than dinner after 1 or 2 times, like chill somewhere.

I've not heard of this assumed right for either sex. But I'm not against it at all. The meaning of that last sentence seems preposterous? Plenty of great relationships followed out of dates were they had sex right away. To not expect it by definition is stupid. But I agree its wise to not put out for a woman if she doesn't want to be used for a one night stand or seen as 'merely' a potential fuckbuddy
