whatever's in the house that don't eat me furst. anything other then eggs, bacon or french toast. those are for lunch or dinner. and coffee isn't until after i've gotten something solid in my stomic too, if i don't want diarea for the rest of the day. instant noodles or even rice, are more often the bread, potatoes or toast.
the same thing i eat for every meal: whatever i can catch that doesn't eat me furst. (ok, by catch i really mean just whatever i happen to have in the house) (and i do seriously eat before i leave the house if i don't want to have diarrhea the rest of the day) (yes my metabolism is weird, and coffee, sugar or greese on an empty stomic is completely not on) of course i don't leave the house every day, and when i don't, it doesn't really matter that much. but i do like to eat something substantial furst thing when i wake up, whatever time of day it might happen to be. and if i don't eat something substancial, and not cleche breakfast food either, i start to get abdominal cramps within an hour or two. this is the way its been all my life, ever since i was first weaned as an infant. noodles and hamburger with musrooms and green onions, with a spritz of lime and not too much bullion, works really good, but most anything else you'd have for lunch or dinner works ok too.
So What Is This "Second Breakfast" You Speak Of.....???....Is It Another Term For "Lunch"....??? Or Perhaps Just A "Mid Morning Snack"...... Cheers Glen.
