Had a chick pull out a knife and try to cut my dick off. She missed and stabbed me in the thigh. She was later charged with a misdaweiner.

Thanks so much for that link, Ori...I bookmarked it. This coming week (Wednesday) I get my 1st (early) social security check. :D :hearteyecat::smile: In case y'all can't tell I'm thrilled to death.

@Pete's Draggin I don't blame you a bit for seeking help for your Addison! Vomiting blood and blood in the stool is nothing to play with...if a person can afford to get their baby checked out, then dang WHY WOULDN'T YOU DO THAT!?

In saying that...I really believe that dog's are "stronger" or something that cats...even little dogs have stronger constitutions than cats. Aside from getting my cats regular rabies shots, I can't recall when I've taken one to the vet (and I've taken a number) that the vet didn't tell me some bs OR it did no good. Its like cats, with their little bodies, are just harder to "fix" than dogs. I'm sure people will disagree with me, but that has surely been my experience.

Possum IS doing better!!! That has lifted my heart more than y'all can imagine. I don't know what in the world I'm going to do about poor Princess with the sores/open places that look AWFUL getting bigger and bigger and seeming to spread. She really acts fine, which when they act weird or bad that is a major indication that something is wrong with a cat, but dang it...she just stays on that stupid mantle and I have to get on a chair to even trick her into putting even a teeny jot of tinactin on those places. She is full of piss and vinegar, and (again) acts just like usual for her. Those $39 drops from the vet that I am "just supposed to put only 1 or 2 on the place and NEVER get it in her eye"...well it would take a magician to do that shit. Lassie had a place that was missing hair the exact same time that Princess was diagnosed with ringworm, and I put tinactin on her leg per what the traveling vet told me...and Lassie is fine as wine. Hair grown back and everything.

    Princess just looks worse. :(

omg ONLY a man would ask why Jason Momoa is anything but the finest, most sexy man alive. I've LOVED him since he was on (one of my very fav shows) Stargate Atlantis. He is nothing but fine fine fine. He can throw an ax with accuracy, he is nice, he is married with children, he can do pull-ups with ONE arm, and he has a beautiful smile and body. Shoot, he's probably funny too! That's all. lol

one of our kittens had a botfly/ aka warbles... it had 3 breathing holes by the time i noticed it. it was about $500 to have removed. warbles establish under the skin of the host, then burst forth, they normally afflict rabbits, and if your kitties can get to places where rabbits are coming/ going they are more likely to pick one up.

i mention this because when you look at a breathing hole, it just looks like an open sore. as i was looking at it, i noticed bubbles in one hole, and thats when i sent hubby to the vet with her.
it looked like breathing. it was. ew, gross. but its very "surface" compared to other things.

Finally got all of my Christmas shopping done. Amazon is a lifesaver because I hate trying to shop with bustling shoppers bumping into me and trying to cut me off in line. People are more rude and inconsiderate this time of year. Ironic.

I’ll be 26 in less than 2 weeks.

    That’s slightly depressing.

Birthdays are slightly depressing though. At least for me. They send me int a bit of an existential tailspin.

If you're in Hamilton during the holidays, I'll buy you a birthday drink if we cross paths (which seems unlikely unless you're going to The Reason reunion show, haha).
