Where I was from, living the dream, was a statement used to say "I'm over it, this is shit" like a sense of humor of sorts, in Australia at least.

When I worked bars there was this older Aboriginal guy, nice fellow, i would always ask how he was, he'd respond "ehh, no use complaining, ain't nobody gonna listen". That was also a response like living the dream. I'd make him a free coffee or two.

One day I did tell him I'd listen.. He never wanted to go into details though.

yeah / i like her the most. shes a little skinny tho . a tiger appeared out of nowhere in my dream the other night....it scared me awake....I had seen some tigers on television earlier....I get those weird things in my dreams all the time...a mish mash of what I was thinking about during the day
