I obviously don't watch/pay attention to these shows enough to remember all these cues. I think some of you enjoy these shows more than you've led on.
Peggy Hill from King of the Hill has some serious mental issues. Like she puts down her own child just to say she is so much better at things then him. Even though he seems to be her only friend but Hank. She has issues with the other women in the show. She talks to them but comes across to me as catty and false. In the female way she is nasty when they turn their back. Bobby is fat and akwerd and at an age where self esteem is a huge issue. No reason to do this and she's an adult. She needs to grow up. She also pathologically lies and has a enormous ego that is unable to accept she is not the best at everything. She is a narcissist with psychopathic tendencies. This is never addressed on the show. Hank just puts up with it and thinks she's a good women. I guess I am reading too much into a cartoon.
Plus, after Peggy found out that Bill had a knack for selling things, she used him to sell the Metalife energy bars she was selling for some company. Bill had blisters on his feet from his efforts, and Peggy knew it but kept pushing him anyway because she knew he had a thing for her. I knew I was witnessing karma when she went skydiving and hit the ground after her parachute didn't open. She ended up in a body cast for quite some time.
Marlo Stanfield The Wire. Marlo was also a huge coward since he never actuallly did any of the dirty work himself and always surrounded himself with cronies to protect himself. Avon Barksdale was a real OG. Marlo was a huge coward. He was insecure about his image which is why he was so ruthless. Did Avon really care about how he was perceived out on the streets or wherever? Also Marlo only made his big moves when he knew the downfall of the Barksdales was eminent. He didn't have the heart to challenge Avon or Stringer when they were at the peak of their power. I think people realized this and when Marlo finally came to power he tried to change his street rep by adding to his cruelty to change opinions. Omar even calls Marlo out on this and says he's not man enough to come face him on the streets.
The best one is probably chandler. The blonde bimbo does my head in. Same with Monica. Rachel to me is just some snotty chick. I feel bad that Ross has emotional conflict over her, he deserves better
Yeah, Chandler is the best. The funniest. I liked Ross too. Never cared much about Joey. The girls were all okay. But the whole Joey and Rachel thing killed the show for me.
I have only recently watched it for the first time maybe a few episodes. And for some reason I have seen the finale twice.
Oh god yeah, she was the worst And what they did with her character towards the end Dexter still makes me so angry, just thinking about the last couple of seasons. And that finale
Is Debra Dexter's sister or the woman he gets in a relationship with? I only saw the first 2 seasons and basically when it came out, I thought his sister was pretty badass though. I heard the season with John Lithgow is pretty great but is it worth it to watch the series through?
The first moment she annoyed me was in S1 when they were all at the dad's house for the weekend. Debra gets pissed, starts yelling and screaming at Dexter for ordering a DNA test. Then, 1-2 episodes later, when they're in a elevator, she gets annoyed at Dexter for not sharing his feelings about the bio dad. how can she get mad at dexter for wanting to know if that man was his father? anyone would want to know the truth about their origins and birth family and that doesn't have to take anything at all away from harry. how could someone so emotionally childish come off as an actual police officer? Dokes being angry makes sense - you see that shit in cops, they get away with it. But being a little baby at every turn, mumbling under her breath after every brief, loud sooking in the officein front of everyone!? No-one would let her on the police force omg.
Thats definitely the best season but all the early seasons are good. It would be worth it. And you'll be hooked by the time it starts to jump the shark anyways so you can be disappointed like the rest of us lol
The thing is they're supposed to. Neelix is supposed to be a sympathetic character Most hated would be an exaggeration for me but I know exactly what Bugs means.
