upon viewing the pictures, i've had similar nicks down there and didn't change any of my habits in response. it's a horrible moment in life, but then you pretty much forget about it.

 

I was once whipping my ex girlfriends ass with a belt while fucking her from behind and accidentally knicked my dick with the belt on the way down and cut it open a bit. Healed up in a few days. You'll be fine, I can assure you. I believe I got a cut on my ball once as well from shaving and it healed up quickly as well.
