People who abuse the service animal system.

I see a lot of people taking dogs into loud concerts for the "anxiety" of the human. Come on you are in a loud public place with flashing lights. Seems anxiety ridden to me and you make it hard for others to use the system. Also a dog's hearing is so sensitive this is animal cruelty.
