Karl Lagerfeld famously called Russian men ugly a few years ago. I wouldn't want to do that.

I haven't been this exhausted in a whiiiile.

I guess hot shower, some tea, maybe a piece of chocolate and netflix.

 

On a lunch break and forum-ing.

 

C'mon Deidre we know you work from home and pop in and out all day!

 

I only say that because I work from home sometimes...

 

In truth, I was working all morning lol no pop ins

What a good fun day.

 

My grandson is doing good today.

 

Have been doing some dog sitting. Currently one of the dogs is on my bed snoozing.

 

He just farted so i put him outside. Dog farts are disgusting.

 

I had a really good day. Caught up with my team, well most of them. Had some drinks play some pool.

Put division is going to be really hard this season we literally have I think 7 teams and 4 of them are first division calibre. So I am worried again because I can see me losing more than I win. Never the less! I played best of 3 against #17 ranked guy in state and I won all 3 whick made me very happy.

My table knowledge has increased so much I was able to see and read like I have never done before. Certain shots I knew I could make the cue ball come off 3 rails for a straight shot. I could look at a cluster of balls and knew that this would connect with this, kiss this and stay true.

But my favorite part of the day was running 4 balls with the mindset to finish the game with something I had been practicing for 3 weeks, which was a draw cut shot top corner pockets, black ball centre of the table I need to draw the cue ball from contact down to the centre.. And I nailed this one shot, I was so happy.

Its good when things come to fruition that you've been planning and practicing for.

 

Isn't that like closing the barn door after the horse gets out?
