I don't have much for you there--seems like you are hardwired to remain slim. I don't really know how much I eat, calories-wise. Most people say I eat a lot though, and I don't really gain much. I think it is because I tend to eat high volume foods that are also healthy.

I just picked up my books from my post box. :D I had a message on my phone saying delivered at 330AM, that was 2 hours ago so I knew it wasn't at home and since they books they just slip into my mail box.
I have flick through one page and OMG i was so happy, because I realised this a long time ago, but the author has also distinguished the elder Futhark Runes as being close ties to the Egyptian Hieroglyphs. Now when I research this long time ago I did notice the same thing, so to see for like 5 secs that someone else came up with the same idea, that makes me happy.

In the red zone it has broccoli, i always eat broccoli i thought was meant to be good for you. :p
    Cauliflower too.
I also probably suffer from the fructose because I'm addicted to lollies at times.
I also eat all of the fruit that is red too.

Oh man is there even a point in living if I can't eat watermelon????

The book says there's undecipherable pictographs in the indus Valley that closely resemble Anglo Saxon runes.

I need to brush up later rune alphabets, but perhaps I could go to this valley and crack the pictograph code. :innocent:

Imagine that. A young uneducated real life female Indiana Jones cracks the Indus Valley pictograph code. The truth: giants walked this land.

I dunno, it's what my grandma (granny) used to say to me when I was a kid, I just like the way it sounds.

Sure is. Here in the PNW most celestial events are obscured by clouds, fog, drizzle of many kinds and varieties of mist. We saw great view for about 30 min but the main event disappeared into the murk.

I looked into that fodmap diet but I've gone over a few different versions and found some clashes. Such as the one you posted Mel, says no brocolli but then others say brocolli.. So I cooked my fried rice lunch with some brocolli and carrot and green beans as they're allowed. It made zero mention of cashews so I put them in there too and mixed it all with hoisin and oyster sauce. It was very yummy, but 20mins later I got a bad tummy ache. :(

Now, most of the time I actually don't mind when that happens because I go to the loo and I come back feeling 10 pounds lighter and 10 years younger lol, but.. I know it's not right.

I might be coming down with something. I'm trying to practice pool, my den is freezing, I'm sweating profusely and very umm clammy? Skin. Makes it hard to cue. I completely understand why people wear the cueing glove and I completely understand that it still looks gay as. :p

The New England Patriots Plane just arrived in Foxborough to 2 F weather and a wind chill of -22 F, but i'm sure they didn't even notice
after defeating KC to move on to the Super Bowl against LA in two weeks.

  12. The "I'm having a heart attack" feeling is so scary. I felt the fingers on my left hand all electrified. It is very unpleasant.
I never suffered a heart attack, but anyone who has had heart issues knows the scare.

    Why War and Peace?
    You didn't like it?

Had the coldest night of the year last night. It was 45 degrees and that's the coldest it gets in florida lol

My girlfriend says she wants to move up north but I keep telling her she won't be able to handle the winters. I was loving it last night but she was attached to me like a baby sloth shivering.

I havent read it, but I've read Anna Karenina and didnt really like it which made me lost interest in reading War and Peace
And so it just sits on my bookcase taunting me. Maybe I should just read it

  15. Or give it to someone.

I didn't like Anna Karenina either.
    I never got the fuss.

I caught the very end of the Saints vs. Rams game (rooting for the Rams I was...) whilst at the gym yesterday. Man, the Rams player who caught that final interception really did his team a huge favor! I don't think the game would have ended the same way without that. :)
