Well, sure. They are all pretty different--but they are also clearly American.

 

Would be fun to do an accent tag type of thing here

 

When I was in Texas, an old Texan lady asked which part of America I came from because I sounded different.
Then I remembered, that's right, we're all living in America, America is wunderbar

 

But honestly... I was taught that if you want to know how we sound to non English speakers especially, hearing Middle English spoken is close.

Eh I actually probably wouldn't even do it.
We did it years ago though.

 

Umm nope, it seems my mic on my phone is fucked it sounds like I'm underwater. I'll be able to record when I'm on my PC though, I have a microphone headset.

 

In an age of instant videos , yall cant make some.. ? .. need to catch up with the times folks.

I actually started a thread a couple of years ago where you could go to a third party site, record a short message and link it here. A few people did it but I think for some reason it made others nervous. But that was my reason, to hear the weird (to me) accents.

 

I've been more open to taking videos lately and shared some things.

 

You want them in this thread? The videos, I mean?
