I believe in God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit, Jesus Christ, the Sinless Son of God, who died and rose again for our sake because we as flawed humans who are all guilty of wrongdoing are unable to save ourselves from our sin and sin's penalty which is eternal separation from God in the Lake of Fire and that He loved us enough to give his own sinless son to take what we deserve for our sin and whose blood covers every one of our sin if we come to him in genuine faith and repentance and ask for his saving grace.

King James Bible, and yes christianity is made up of those that follow Christ. The old testament does have events that happened in Egypt

Typically the time when Marduk claimed himself to be the one true go, Ra, and banished all other religion.
That's pretty much where the bible starts.

Catholicism can be over the top with the legalism and the degree of condemnation

Atheist. Went to a Presbyterian church most Sundays until I was 12 but never believed the BS. I don't talk about Atheism with people unless, they start talking religion with me. My main problem with religious people is that they try to use the Bible to make laws. Believing the stories in the Bible is like believing what Trump says. Can't believe a word from either.

I believe in God. I always have. But I believe God is the Universe as in the Universe is a living breathing entity that is all around us. We are much more than we are in the grand scheme of things. I believe in Jesus too, but as Jesus as a living human man, not what the Bible describes. All religions don't acknowledge that they all saying the same thing but from different viewpoints that's why they will never get it right. I also love nature and believe in the power of stones and crystals. Our Earth is magical and Holy in it's own way.

I went to Christain churches a few times a year most of my life. All denominations. I was a born again Christian, non-denominational in the 90's, Became a foreign missionary, ministered in Prisons for a few years and was ordained in 2002. When I quoted Rumi Or Buddha at a Bible study some folks freaked out. I no longer lead Christain workshops through any church. When I pray to God, I thank Her for this wonderful life and access to the many ways of understanding Her through so many spiritual practices.

I also Believe that the moment after we die we will surely slap ourselves on the forehead and say "OH CRAP" I thought I KNEW and now I see there was no way to comprehend this!
