There's so much local crap going on that I'm involved with posting and discussing locally; like for instance, two guns were found in county schools this week and the schools are acting like it was no big deal.

Usually if something is bad then the Facebook comments reflect the product but it's had so much good reviews. They say it's a bit harsh to begin with as your back is definitely not used to bending like that so you start of with less time more sessions then move to less session over longer periods.

 

you need a chiropractor and massage therapy. put those things under your back without supervision may do more harm than good.

My chiropractor told me that to restore the curve in the back of my neck, I should roll up a big towel and lay on a flat surface with that roll under my neck.

I know that you do have to start gently.

Maybe you could start with a rolled up towel and then go to a firm pillow before you try a curved board.

 

She made me a comic book of sorts about all the things she loves about me. and then wrapped in paper with a picture of two wolves caressing was a copy of The Neverending Story. It looks special, the texts are different colors from purple to green and maroon. I'm not sure if it's meant to be like a movie script or what the colors mean or if it's just how it is. So special though.

My gift is being hand made so it will not be here on time which is a leather clad wedding diary. I'm a bit annoyed at myself for not getting it together on time and I could have just bought one online but I thiught it better to have one made for us.

It says "I love watching football and sports with you, it is always entertaining" it goes on to say she loves how passionate I am, that I have fire and fight, that I remain silly and weird, that small things make a big difference in.my life, the day we met, the first house we bought, our first pets and vacations... I know it's super dorky, but it's just so adorable at the same time what she's done here.

Tbh I thought the book was going to be the karma sutra or something lol so when I opened it I was even more shocked because it was so different to what I had expected and in a way, so childish too which i thought was even sweeter lol.

Its like maturing and marriage and life... Here's a comic and your favorite childrens movie in book.

 

This is what I'm kinda having done for us.
Just a big dairy journal we can write all the fun things we do etc. Goals and travel, house plans and future ideas.

I can already see the book is a not different to the movie lol. I only flick through the book so far but there's a lot more conversations I haven't heard. It should be really good to read when I get the chance.

Hello Diary, it’s me Irminsul. I’m feeling good today because my wife has built something to help us lure more rats to their ultimate demise. She built some sort of contraption based on the novel
The Casting of the Runes in which the rat steps on a piece of paper with runes on it and within minutes drops dead.

Have to go now, I have a kick-ass heavy metal concert to attend

I haven't seen, heard or noticed a rat in weeks now.

 

I'm running a bath now. I haven't eaten for 6hrs. I'm hungry but I don't want to spoil our lunch.
I might however, make myself a whiskey and cola.
