I'm in the middle of an ebay back-and-forth over me wanting a refund for a crappy suitcase that fell apart. There has been about ten messages each way and right now I'm meant to be being patient because my refund is scheduled. I've pretty much given up on the refund but I'm not going to shut up about it anyway.

This reminds me, I need to check and see if a refund from my grocery delivery service has been put into my account

I had to stop using them and go back to brick and mortar shopping because they fucked up my order several weeks in a row. One week the shopper bought a pound of chili powder when I requested a few ounces and i ended up paying $30 for it, what am i going to do with $30 worth of chili powder. So they were supposed to credit it to my account but never did, then I asked for a refund but its been like 3 weeks now

Well dont we all just have a bunch of first world problems. Got 99 problems and they're all first world

I've learned through several people, or rather was told by several people that use ebay regularly (I do NOT - I use Amazon)...that it is ALL ABOUT the customer. If I were you, I keep on and on at them...then if they refuse to respond the way you want (giving you a refund)...tell them you are not only going to give everybody in that place a bad review but you're going public media on their ass.

I'll be interested to hear if you get the refund.

 

PayPal is good, I find they always refunded me when I had a problem.
