i was wayyyy off pace today in the Late Model. Quick on short run, horrible long run. Short field and finished 3rd thx to team mate pulling back from 2nd to give me the point. One guy i race in championship didn't show so looks like i may be on for a championship, even with my missed race soon.

This is why I think that everyone needs to carry naloxone. Not that it works in every instance, but it at least gives someone a chance. We can get it at most pharmacies here, paid for by the provincial government.

Those nasal spray ones are great. My first one was 2 vials and 2 needles to do IM injection with. Spraying it in their nose seems much easier and harder to fuck up.

I also hope I never have to use mine, but I like having it around just in case, especially since I volunteer at the soup kitchen and the shelter and such. And I walk downtown, which unfortunately has a lot of people with mental health and addiction issues right now.

Dr appt on thursday, glucose challenge (yuck) but i havent had GD before so im not too concerned. i will get up earlier to have my tea (because i use too much sugar and i know it) and eat eggs for my early meal. should be fine. gonna see if i can get clarification on if i can get this tooth pulled or if i have to wait until after baby debuts.
