Good news is there's gig on at the venue tonight for pool, so it's getting moved closer to where we live and a bit earlier. so less of a truck ride for me and I have to remember to being my spotty cue ball and then I have to remember which table it's on, and then remember to take it with me again.

That's actually more difficult than it sounds tbh.

Reading all the posts about the electric window and door stuff, reminded me of when my car alarm went crazy.. I had to drive over 7 miles with my car alarm going off to the place that fitted it.. I just looked cool at the traffic lights.. lots of looks, even from the cops at the roundabout lol, not one person suspected I stole that car.... lol

I think I'll stop in at one of these stores when I drive out east at the end of the month. Which one do you recommend?

 

I'm just off to my sister's for some chores for her it's only 150 km

there was Six Original stores and I go to one of those and it is called Sweetwater and it is on Highway 49 South of Highway 2 but but it is not one of the biggest and I can't go to all hundred stores to compare them lol I'm just going there repeatedly because they're getting to know me and now they're treating me better

 

That big one that's open 24 hours called the pot shop if you go south on shannonville road to Highway 2 it's right on Highway 2 if you take Highway 2 into the reservation you will pass 20 stores easy

 

Can find all kinds of weed on the reservation and cigarettes on the reservation and there's tons of souvenir stores that sell authentic wind catchers but you think I can find an authentic Indian blanket? I saw them one time and they were $300 the most beautiful blankets I've ever seen and whenwhen I went back they were gone

That is my idea of a living nightmare.
But it is funny, yeah, even when an alarm goes off on a parked car everyone just rolls their eyes and sighs. I guess in the street people glance up, might still deter theives... But on the whole they're just useless annoying loud sound.

 

I loved that film when I was 15.
It's always interesting when I see them now, I saw 3 mins of American Pie on TV recently, and I realise the way I look at men has changed so much. The one I remember being cute never is and a different one is. I guess this is why teenage relationships often don't work.

 

I just texted my boss to ask if we were charging for the new paper bags or not. He said "I'm not fussed. If you don't like the look of a customer, charge them. Up to you."

 

Is it recycled paper? Do you guys still have plastic bags? (we have here but its not free anymore)

 

No, don't think so : (
Fsc certified but I don't know how good that is.
We don't use plastic in our shop now, but we still have large plastic ones that we need to use up. Happily, most people won't take them : ) you have to pay for them in most large stores.

 

Its theft.. people eat grapes, crisps, drink pop... its theft, and that theft goes on the price of everything in that store, so they are thieving from everyone.. I dont like thieves!

 

These people are not the sharpest tools in the box. are they...
