I don't use the Spanish keyboard; I just type. But that's not what I meant. Maybe I didn't say it right...

The problem that I thought I was going to have is actually a non-issue. According to the folks at ibiza-spotlight, the natives understand Castilian, Catalan, and English even though Catalan is their mother tongue. Well the website and my college teach Castilian (I think I'm spelling that right). So what I was posting about was the language discrepancy between what I was learning and what people on Ibiza would be speaking. It turns out I was wrong, and it sounds like not only will they understand, but they will appreciate the effort at speaking with them on their terms (literally, lol). :)

I understood what you meant. My inquiry was slightly tangential but the post sparked my curiosity.

Have any of you ever had a green olive stuffed with garlic and jalapeno?

My granddaughter gave me one today and I thought it was awesome.

Whenever I get an MRI......the loud sound it makes ...... I always think of the first 10 seconds of the song Helter Skelter by the Crüe

Lol yeah pretty much. They gave me headphones with the radio but I couldn't even hear it. I didn't mind the fast machine gun loud ones. Derderderderderder.

I have a way over active imagination to not enjoy it though. At first I was on like a star ship, but it was from a star trek old TV show, that's how it was for me and they even had a picture of a Galaxy on the ceiling. So it felt right. Then when I went into the tube I imagined I was about to be experimented on by aliens and I said good they can fix a few things while they're at it. I guess I lost track of thought with the noises. The machine gun ones, well I was sitting sitting in a trench with my legs spread, canteen in hand, cigarette in the other hand and my buddy was just pumping lead down over yonder.

Some noises reminded me of nascar pitstops and the air guns. Then I started tapping my feet to the rhythm of the noise lol. Then I stopped cause I thought maybe it would ruin the scans. I managed to micro sleep somehow several times. It got really warm in there for 50mins. I also had a plate thing on my stomach that weighed me down. When I thought it was over, I voice came on the headphones and said "we will now proceed with the joints scans" another 20mins of noise. straight away I was back in the trenches. But there was a second buddy on the right of me now belting down lead over yonder too. There were two significant rhythms. One fast, one even faster. Like an MG34 and an MG42 on full auto.

A voice came on and told me another 4mins. I said to myself, good cause this shit is starting to get to me. And at the beginning also I thought ol this is a torture device is it! Well you won't get to me. :p well 4mins to go I'd had enough. :tearsofjoy::tearsofjoy:

I did think I looked cute though in the tiny half see through navy blue robe. :) the nurse said I can have it open at the front or back doesn't matter it ties. So I tied it at the front the bottom flared out to like this cute mini dress. :tearsofjoy: I almost took a few home with me, they were just throw away.

My most recent trip with 4 hits which was over half a decade ago now was in this open space hiking area.

The first couple hours was not qualitatively different than what one might experience at a lower dose of like 2 hits. I sat by a stream and was in awe of the water trickling down it's path and noting various dynamics of nature around me, everything subtlety shifting and glistening. I tripped out on some of my own psytrance and other music for awhile, just completely enamored with the music and impressed that I could capture some of the experience via an audio medium and impressed by all the music in general.

One of the most notable differences from lower doses is there tends to be more of a "mechanization of the mind" I'll call it and that came a few hours in. As the trip got more overwhelming, I felt compelled to lay down, in part because the visuals got more intense and I didn't want to stumble on anything and in part it felt more comfortable to just be and let the trip come over me. There was a cacophony of perceptions when seeing other people, the trees, the hills in the distance and everything became a lot more surreal. The color of the grass got really bright at one point, like almost when a light ramps up in brightness, so I closed my eyes and got some pretty abstract visuals. Complex patterns morphing very rapidly, many of them circular in nature. I saw this colorful mandala-like circle form with silhouettes of naked ladies with odd masks on and long tongues they would occasionally stick out as they rotated around the circle in a dancing, wavering vibration. "Space" with closed eyes seemed to have more depth to it too, so like some of the visuals felt like they were coming towards me or discrete patterns maintained different distances.

After awhile, I opened my eyes got up and had the sense of an alien presence at one point but I didn't see any beings or ufos or anything just a general sense that the veil of our "homeostatic" objective reality was seemingly much thinner than normally perceived and there was some intelligence that was attempting to get through.

More grounded thoughts came in the waning part of the trip, more or less similar to lower doses, contemplating life, people, the power of psychedelics, etc. but perhaps with a more 'fried' feeling, leading to a less linear rapidly cascading thought process.

I like your description of the procedure Irms.
Mentioning the firearms in your post gave me a good idea for future MRIs.

I'll bring my super ear plug decibel killers with me. Those, coupled with the earphones they give you should allow me a good nappy.

My movie theater allows me to order hard alcohol, pizza, burgers, chicken tenders, pasta dishes , Mexican...ect... in addition to popcorn and sweets.

I'm so spoiled with that now that... if the movie doesn't offer all the food, I pass on buying tickets

Yeah our movies do that too for certain cinemas. I just take my own whiskey in though and I never order food because no one wants to smell your food when they're watching a movie. It's a total scorn fest when that happens, which is a part of the fun really, just ragging on some couple for ordering food.

The theater seems to calculate the food time pretty well. By the time you find your seats, the wait staff are on top of you getting your menus and drinks. They come back and get your order.
I then sit through about 20 mins of previews, then the food comes out.....then I'm starting to eat....then 1 to 2 more previews later left.... I get the "be nice and enjoy" disclaimer from Marcus executives.... the movie starts..... 5 minutes into the movie I'm done eating....

I'm sure this is all orchestrated
