It's cuter than the ones I'm dealing with on my pool table atm lol. They obviously attracted to the lights overhead and the green felt. Like it's grass or something. I flick them away but I'm always seeing moth dust around so the balls are definitely rolling over them lol.

Anyhoo I gotta get dressed and ready to drive into the city now. I'm kinda happy about my practice I dunno, we are both admitted to being rusty. We are going to have to have fun and see how we go.

I wont get into that in this thread but I will say,
I'm not sentimental but after being in one of the most diverse cities in the world, filled with immigrants and children/grandchildren of immigrants, and where my own great grandfather first came to the US, I have to admit I got a little misty eyed when I saw the Statue of Liberty standing there so defiantly

We are not playing well at doubles. Every good shot we do the white goes in like every fucking time. It's very frustrating. I'm pretty sure we can't make it through. Into final round now. Kinda annoyed at my partner again. Just does weird shit. Basically given up, try dumb shit it might work. . No. No it's not working.

 

2 frames to go this morning then it's over. We just LOL at that final loss there. It was like.. What happened couldn't have ever happened but it's us so it happened.

 

Missed out by 3 games and we can count losses on both hands so... Shoulda woulda coula didn't.
