Yeah where did turtles come up here? England does not even have turtles as do most EU nations. Are you fucking with me here? Animals don't pay tax. I feel like I am arguing with a child.
It is a lot more complex than that and includes trade restrictions on the former British colonies. The EU has just become top heavy and they know it, The plans to form a European army would also seriously affect our relationship with the US and seriously affect NATO. We are breaking away from 'nanny state' and irrelevant restrictions, not going to war with the remaining countries.
The EU is badly flawed in terms of lack of democratic governance, but the best way to change that is from within. Brexit will cost us our economy, world political influence, and under the Tories, all our legal social, environmental and employment rights. We will become an irrelevant basket-case nation which deludes itself that it still matters.
i read that the idea we would be forced into this was pretty much bullshit, and definitely something we could prevent if we were still part of EU The hunt for an EU army
It is an unbelievably complex issue, mainly stemming from recent eastern European countries joining the EU. With Putin wanting to bring these countries back under soviet control, he is now in diplomatic conflict with the EU. NATO would be reluctant to get involved in event of military occupation of these countries, leaving the EU with a serious problem. Seriously intelligent sources here have seen the potential of any military connection with the EU bringing us into conflict with Russia, a situation that is scaring the pants off the US, who we still have military connections with. These sources feel that us leaving the EU is removing a problem for Putin. Their MUST be a reason that the EU are making it so hard for us to leave. They are far more complex than just us importing milk from Ireland. I have to be careful what I post, Jane works for the UK government and I don't want to find her floating face down in the river..
We can always 'send a gunboat' into the Black Sea, one of those Type 45 destroyers - the ones that don't work that well in warm water !!!
this article says 1.5 trillion Bank bail-out adds ?1.5 trillion to debt and i don't understand, how will leaving the eu help?
Pff. I once read that all the countries on earth combined are like some rediculous value in debt. Who the hell does earth owe debt to? Jupiter? It's full blown aids I tell ya. Like let that sink in, the earth is in debt. it's just rediculous to even contemplate, we are actually so far in debt now that we'll never recover. Fictitious money has thrown us into a fictional debt and this is why you and I are alive, to somehow pay that pretend money and debt back.
