Stormountainman correctly pointed out that It was Nixon who opened the door to China and Reagan and the Bushes who promoted that relationship in keeping with their reigning neoliberal philosophy. You responded with typical non sequitors: Regan did this some time ago and we've been enjoying cheap consumer goods as a result. I agree. So what? Republicans insisted on destroying their own government every way possible for over twenty years, and Donald Duck is their punishment for being so insane as to destroy their own party. Democrats not only allowed them to destroy the government, but helped them, and Donald Duck is now proof that neither party controls the mindless mob they have so forcefully created. The only reason they are going after him now, is because he is destroying what little credibility our government has left either at home or abroad and, if they don't impeach him, it will mean civil war.

The country could not be more divided, with half the country insisting that destroying the government is how you make it better, while our votes and voices no longer matter, leaving civil war and revolution the only alternative.

 

I just don't see us enduring another four years of the twat. People really can't stand the guy. To think, another four whole years of asinine tweets...okay, it's not funny anymore.

I think people voted for him for the entertainment, and most Republicans are still entertained by all of the fighting and the 'libtard tears." Everyone else is just like, "Okay...that's enough of that shit."
