I don't think it will be that hard. The emoluments clause is a slam dunk. Obstruction is likely too, since Trump has outdone Nixon in stonewalling and telling his subordinates to do likewise. Then there are the collusion findings in the Mueller report, which are not criminal per se but may lead to a conspiracy charge if more evidence is uncovered. And of course the latest issue involving extortion against the President of Ukraine. The impeachment inquiry will give Congress more authority to obtain evidence through subpoenas and going to court. Those tax returns might finally be seeing the light of day. This is admittedly less interesting than the blowjobs Bill Clinton got from Monica, but much more serious from a constitutional standpoint.

A theory that is sounding far more likely now is that Putins rich friends asked him to try put a stop to Biden and Kerry sticky fingers in the Ukraine

Democrats don't even have to impeach the man, all they have to do is keep up the pressure and watch him bring the entire republican party to their knees, because they do not represent what anybody wants anymore, except for the Libertarian party extremists. Fool me once, shame on me, fool me twice, and you will be punished! Libertarians don't comprehend the fucking word No, and are about to be handed their own asses again, however, they are 1/3 of the population and there is no sanity in sight. As insane as the republican party is, they are not insane enough to follow Donald Duck into a civil war. They've lost and damned well know it, but are slow on the draw and have yet to come to terms with the reality of their situation.

They're still the incumbent party. In years past, the incumbent party; particularly when republican, has taken the election. But I see different circumstances in this upcoming election. We have a chance for change!

 

The judicial system knows damned well it cannot survive Donald Duck being de facto emperor running around screaming "You're Fired!" Americans are stupid, but the majority of them are smart enough to recognize when the rule of law itself is being threatened and civil war is imminent. Libertarian politics were all just so much low-low-low-as-you-can-go taxes up to this point, but there is no fucking way the majority will allow Donald Duck to continue on his present course. If he is not impeached, the republican party could be pushed back to the house in retaliation. Republican love a winner which, for them, means they hate a loser and Donald Duck is the biggest loser in quite a while.

If Libertarians don't like him being impeached, they can always vote independent. If he isn't impeached, they will find every other republican voting democrat. Either way, they've lost and know it, but admitting defeat does not come easy to such a great man as Donald Duck. He is no fucking Adolf Hitler and Americans are not that fucking desperate.
