I know your back issues are way worse than mine but it might provide a little relief. I'm addicted to mine, whenever I'm sitting or laying down now I'm propped on it. It feels so damn good, like a little release valve for tension

I've seen them used on race car drivers and yesterday on a football player. I have seen them advertised on facebook and the videos like the big massage ball at the end of the drill you can see gets right in there and I'm assume different shaped ends. On the race car drivers the medical staff get right in there and you can tell in their faces its pretty powerful.

I'm in agony right now so I need a bath and the a stretch. I fell asleep on couch with a camping hangover for 5hrs and I did not sleep in a position I needed to.

This is going to take days.

 

$30 carts are now $15 and no one buys them here in a legal state. I don't know it's a waste for me. A gram of shatter is $8 so why would I pay $30 for a half gram cart? The convince I guess.

Also my shop sells 5 strains for medical that never change. Retail has dozens that change. Such bull shit they don't care for the medical patients anymore.

I uhh checked myself in the mirror before, all my mid section work outs before camp worked cause I look the same if not fractionally slimmer and still maybe even better considering right now I'm sweating bullets in the hot bath so I know im carrying water weight.

I got to do the biggest job I think is washing the truck after camping and she's unpacked. All cleaned now looking as good as ever really, I don't wash her much. she's a worker, she looks better in mud. But she's all sparkly again now with the chrome showing.

My camp pack and unpack is relatively simple. I have a big wooden crate under my pergola which houses most things then the rest in the garage and we clean as we pack so I don't need to do that. Some folks have to pack up, drive home and unpack and set up and clean it again and then unpack it. Waste of time for me, so I'm pretty anal when it comes to that best just don't talk to me and let me do my thing. as the wife found out.

I was thinking of going to the mall this morning as a place is selling leopard print nail polish kit, or fake nails. I've really taken to leopard print atm. I don't consider myself a cougar or anything, but I dunno, I think it's sexy and cute.

Have had my nails done more frequently now too we go see a young woman in town at her home and we get them done together. My toes are bright red atm I did them before camping and they held up, few chips here and there from barefoot days but they still good, I might do them in soft pink this weekend. I'm keen a for a night sesh at my place. Still, camping intimacy is a hell of a lot of fun cause it's still listening to your neighbours and people, mostly guys, talk sex 80% of the night and we're in our tent getting it on having a laugh. It's some funny shit. but I found the most romantic times were sitting in front of the fire drum in the day and painting my wife's toes or fingers. We'd always get smiles from walking past people.

Also I noticed the heat treatment black paint for my firedrum really did well. Some places flaked off slightly but even the inside is really preserved so I'm going to treat that again when I get it off the trailer. I mean I had the thing glowing red for nights and all it did was turn kinda grey. No rust. Other people had better fire drums but they never got the things glowing. We were sitting a meter away and still getting burned. Lol.

We have been invited to two parties, and thinking of some type of zombie theme, with cool makeup. I'll have to youtube it to see how easy/hard it will be to get the effect I'm looking for.
