I'm trying to train myself to not tense the shoulder of the arm in holding my phone with. I wonder how many other people do this. It isn't necessary to hold the phone, but I do it without realizing.

Do you feel deep breathing will be helpful in this? Perhaps worth a try? I realize i need to apply this myself. Deep, fuller breaths. I find this happens more naturally when i run. Perhaps the reason for my body feeling more relaxed and my mind feeling more clearer when i'm running and afterwards.
