I have #10, and signed.... Don't know how many were made. It's the only pedal he makes. Don't know if he makes them anymore. Seems his shop is "on vacation" semi permanently. It's so well built he couldn't have been making any money on them. But.... damn. There's some serious magic in that box.

Been a strange day.. I woke up needing to know how little Rose was doing, she suddenly got really sick yesterday.. so sweet we were all worried! Daughter rang up.. vet said she seemed a little brighter.. I was pleased, she is only 7.. then a couple of hours later I get a text... just leaving vets mum, Rose died in my arms.. she went down real quick.. couple of hours later, vet rings to say what happened..she had IMHA.. liver complication..
Rose was from Crete, daughter rescued her when she lived out there.. when she came home, Rose came with her.. beautifull girl.. she was a Kokoni, a Greek dog.. beautifull..
Had to tell someone.. Carlos died last month, but he had been I'll, it was a relief for him... so sad, night night baby girl xxx

Today Mama went and got the mail (mistake!!!)...and of course she kept her own mail which I usually decide what she will get as she gets this junk wanting money and will fool with those f****** envelopes for hours! Well, of course in some of the dang mail today there were 2 envelopes wanting money for whatever, and she asked me if I would loan her $10. lol I would lay down in the road before I would give her money to put in one of those envelopes.

I told her I didn't have $10...I don't. I have some ones and fives and twentys. I also thought how I'd have to work 2 dayum days raking leaves for her before she could part with a $10!!!! Lord have mercy...and those envelopes haven't done a thing!

Now if one of those scammers came over here and raked some leaves we might could work something out.

 

I'm going to tell y'all something...keeping a house neat and clean and tidy and looking after someone (a child or a dependent adult) is so damn exhausting it is unreal.

God have mercy.

I have lost weight...not because I tried to but because I can't seem to find 5 whole minutes to sit down and eat during the course of a day. Then when Mama gets in the bed it is too late to fix much of anything; but a microwave dinner is no trouble at all. lol I don't want to put out the money to buy the really good kind. so I have found some cheap ones I like. They don't have many calories and my body is going WHERE IS MY FOOD??? My jeans are so baggy its embarrassing.

Yet I AM NOT GOING TO BUY NEW CLOTHES A DIFFERENT SIZE. This is temporary...and in the meantime I look like I'm wearing someone else's clothes. gad

My reason for saying I prefer the company of male friends is the cliche drama involved with girls and tbh girls don't have anything interesting to say, especially growing into my age what with my friends getting married and kids and all that. There's only so much a young woman like me can listen to the joys of parenthood and family etc. And you just gotta look at these woman and you realise you know, we're just on different levels here. And like seriously I drink like 3-4 drinks per their 1 drink I mean I'm out here socialising to have a good time ya know?

It's like next weekend, hens night. Male strippers yeah no Thx so we got invited to the Bucks party instead lol. Thank fuck for that, cause I don't wanna spend all day around those woman being all clucky and baby talk and watching them squeal at some cock lol.

You know what we are doing for the Bucks? Axe hurling yeah hell yeah. Enjoy your high tea ladies but I'm hurlin axes. The commraderie will be so much better with the boys.

And after all I am a tomboy of sorts so I've always found it easier to socialise with my male friends. We can do most things together. I can throw and kick a ball, I can hit a ball, I like camping and getting dirty in the forest and scrub. I like fires and blowing stuff up and shooting things. I like to listen to music loud, I like to hit things with my hammer. I like to hang around my male friends and ask them dumb questions. Males are also much more entertainment value when talking about things, like UFOs or war and history and the "did you know" random pointless facts about nothing.

Iike no offense to woman or anything. Just different levels. The females on this site I know are a lil different and much more up my alley, but as for the social peers in general, it just doesn't work for me.

I do think I'm a pretty wikkid nifty lesbian like that. I also know one other lesbian tomboy like me, she has dreadlocks and is a total guys girl like me. She flirts and dacnes with the guys and is one of the guys, but she has the most adorable cute blonde partner very femme. The partner isn't one of the guys though but that's all good, she hangs with the girls and it works.

Mind you in saying all that my go to males are country boys, farm boys, metal heads and petrol heads, so that makes a massive difference. Like, put me in a room full of suits and newspaper readers and I'll waltze right the fuck over to the ladies and talk about... estrogen and things.

There is a certain type of woman that I get along with (like the ladies here at HF) ...and apparently they are extremely rare around here where I live. It seems that most women I know (all but 1) where I live like to start trouble, lie, scheme and cheat on their man or secretly "get with" their friend's man. I can't bear to be around people like that. I'm not saying all guys are perfect and faithful (GOD NO I'M NOT!) but they usually act on impulse, or react to what is presented to them.

Its just easier being friends with a guy.

As I read that it sounds like being friends with a guy isn't as much work and that is what makes them better friend material. lol

I'm too lazy to be friends with women.

 

We might put the Xmas tree up this morning.

I have a few new decorations this year, we found 2x cute deer's like ones you stand underneath a tree or diaramma then we found 2 others but realistic with fur. Then two hanging smaller ones. We also got some new purple baubles and 2x of these cute gnome Santa's.

I wanted the find the old Saint nic, The one with the white coat rather than commercialised red and white Santa, as I know it's Odin, but I can't seem to find him this year but I'll look again next weekend.

I really enjoy the outings at the malls with my wife. Just holding hands and walking around. I feel bad because my back gets sore and then I get annoyed and frustrated.

Until they start wanting to be let out of the friend zone lol, that creates problems
But I've ran into this less and less the older I get anyways because most everyone is paired off at this stage in life so when I make friends with a guy it's usually like a married coworker or one of my boyfriend's friends or one of my girlfriend's significant others.
Making friends with guys was a fucking minefield when I was younger and single lol

 

We also got these cute Santa elf costumes. Probably get on some mdma around Xmas and have some fun haha.
