Apparently that cat was just one of hundreds living at MetLife Stadium.


There are nearly 300 feral cats living in and around the stadium and are regularly fed by stadium workers and field staff

It reminded me of a gaelic football match over in Ireland where there was a JRT that decided that he was going to get the ball.

Ok I agree it's insensitive but FSU also does it and they are blessed by the local tribe. Like the mascot is also native and only a native student can play him. They are doing PC things. Plenty of the tribe goes to the school so it's never an issue.

How do all these players deal with the dreadlocks? They get pulled and stepped on all the time I'm sure yet they are always flying free outside the helmet. When a ball is dead after a fumble it's not really dead. That pile has all kinds of bush league stuff going on. Biting, hair pulling, nut kicks, it's all fair if you get the W.

 

Man.. If the Broncos didn't give up 3 games due to last second FGs we'd be tied with the chiefs right now for first place. Grrrr

 

I think the league decided that players could have their hair as long as they wanted, but that also it's legal to tackle someone by their hair.

I've never actually seen a player tackle by the hair though

 

Most long hair tend to play Defense because if you're on offense they grab to pull you down, no so much on Defense.

The thing that gets me is all the chains and bling and bullshit they wear.
