    If that’s so, why has the deficit ballooned in the past two years? Hint....could have something to to with a recent tax law favoring the wealthiest Americans. I remember the Clinton years when spending was less than receipts. It wasn’t rocket science, just a healthy economic management that was destroyed by two really, really dumb regressive tax cuts by Bush and Trump. Keyens has rolled over in his grave so many times there is probably a cavern there now.

    I don't have any hopes that trump will be removed from office, but I do think he will be impeached.
    It will be interesting to see, if trump is impeached, how it affects him.
    I think he will go off the rails.

    The appeals court just issued a ruling. TRUMP MUST NOW TURN OVER HIS TAX AND BUSINESS RECORDS. So, after the district court ruled the same way, the appeals courts affirmed it. Trump must comply with the law.

    I watched the entire hearing.

    Nunes set the Republican tone at the beginning when he called the prior hearings, cult like, held in secret a basement room with secret dispositions, and highly staged one sided leaks. He missed the part about sacrificing virgins and eating babies.

    Then he wanted Hunter Biden present even though Hunter knows nothing of the accusations against Trump.
    He wants to know the name of the whistleblower...for some reason, I guess he doesn't know about the whistleblower law; he brought up the Steele dossier, claimed Ukraine interfered with the presidential election, not the Russians, and claimed the Democrats were the ones that interfered with Trump's campaign. Nobody, I guess, released any info about the Democrats or Clinton...all made up fake news.
    He also claimed the whistleblower and the Democrats have conspired against Trump, and said Schiff knows who the whistleblower is.

    And he complained about Hunter Biden's salary.

    Oh, he also attacked the press.

    And onceburned thinks Schiff is the loony!

    Trump is a corrupt businessman turned corrupt politician and his supporters including onceburned must know that, they just don't care. Today's testimonies may not have produced anything concrete but it's still damaging to Trump. And we've just gotten started.

I don't care about anything .to busy working in a stronger economy bettering our lives instead of bitching about it.. might be time to drop that McDonald's uniform get into a trade school.. however the fact that we have a bunch of bitter old retired people on this website not going to change much folks.. orange man bad..

    It seems to me everything the Dems have been saying about the Ukraine affair were confirmed by these two witnesses.

    Plus we, and the elected officials present, learned of a new first hand witness, David Holmes, to a phone call made by Trump about the affair, which Taylor just found out about last Friday.
    And the phone call was made by Trump to Gordon Sondland on an unsecured cell phone line to a restaurant in Ukraine where the Russians have the capability to intercept.
    And the Republicans have the balls to say Hillary was careless!
    Sondland did not report the phone call during his testimony which begs the question, "why not, and what's he hiding?"
