I used to stay at the Poverello Homeless Shelter on Broadway and go to that library during the day. I used to like to eat breakfast at the Hob Nob Café downtown. I used to go to the truckstop in Mill Town and up to Potomac where a friend of mine owned ten acres.

 

Cool...we left Missoula almost 30 years ago and recognize all the places you mention. Miss the mountains but we have a big sucker, Mt Rainier for some solace. The Hob Nob cafe must be new.

I used to know some people in Packwood WA. You could see Rainier from that highway which runs from Yakima to Chehalis. That is one BIG mountain. In Colorado I lived in Larimer County and we had Cache Le Poudre Canyon which went all the way up to the divide … all big mountains. Now I am in Indiana helping family. The biggest hill here is about 12 or 14 feet!

 

Seems like Warren has been caught lying again. Either her kid went to private school, which she claimed in her book, or he didn't, which she claimed a matter of hours ago. Must be her heritage coming back to haunt her.

No she's not. It's not about the quantity of lies, it's about their impact. Trump is a salesman, carnival barker and privileged blowhard who only took an interest in the nation when HIS way of life came under threat (by the punitive regulations and confiscatory taxation policies of the left). I've mentioned this before.

I fail to see how her lying is any better. Coupled with her "everyone's ex-wife" personality it's a sheer puzzlement her appeal is so limited.

Face it, Biden is the only viable choice for democrats. And even IF the democrats manage to get someone else into the top seat, Biden will still be necessary. So all this shitting on him is seriously foolish. Democrats are in a terrible state and need to galvanize now, before the new year.

But I doubt they will. The ones who should have dropped out weeks ago are still going to hang on for donations. It's all about the Benjamins now.

 

personally I don't think there's anything they can do even with Biden. they've damaged themselves with impeachment, and done nothing about immigration, or border security. not to mention the state of those sanctuary cities, and homeless people in their districts. could go on and on.

As for not doing anything about immigration or border security, it's not for want of trying. They introduced and co-sponsored legislation for more Border Patrol agents and technology surveillance, and the $1.6 billion Trump claims is financing the border wall came from a $1.3 trillion spending package passed in the House and Senate with support from Democrats. Remember, the Presidency and the Senate are in Republican hands, and it takes two to tango.

 

That really says a lot.

Why not just elect a democrat turnip?

Regardless, voters selected Trump, it's going to take voters to get rid of him. Only, the democrats are way too fractured. I'll wager a substantial are disenchanted before May and sit out the election in November, all butt hurt that their candidate didn't survive the primaries. I don't see them galvanizing for Warren and only barely so for Biden, probably out of a sense of duty (bwahahahah).

Are democrats likely to vote for anyone JUST to get rid of Trump? How could that possibly be coordinated? There is no "against" vote in the US. Only votes of support, for someone (not some ideology).

 

I often wonder why Americans are such liars? Why don't they tell the truth? Isn't that so much easier? I mean why tell the world Iraq had WMDs? Why tell the American people Mexico will pay for the wall? Why tell the American people you will release your tax records after the audit is complete? Why tell the American people Obama Care will be replaced by a much better and more affordable system where everyone will have beautiful coverage?

 

Wow, that's a LOT of people you're making such a broad assumption about. Can you imagine what the US would be like if that was true? But of course, it's not true at all. Liars take any form of human regardless of color, nationality, gender/genders or politics. You might consider drilling this list down a bit.
