I would love to see their social media profiles; if they haven't been scrubbed.

I think the real question now is, or at least will be "Will it matter if we do?". I don't see much support for impeachment coming from across the aisle. Many republicans want to hold onto this president for some reason though I can't place it.

I heard Jim Jordan saying what he though, but I don't agree. He said that the president isn't guilty because Ukraine eventually got the aid. But even with that argument the testimony all points to a conspiracy to withhold the aid. The picture is clear to me anyway. And Sondland said there was a quid pro quo. I don't think we should simply disregard that.

So do we believe Sondland and all the other witnesses who testified? If we believe them, does it amount to conspiracy? I think so.

Is this where you get your news? Looks like something the guy in the T-shirt put together in his Mom's basement. He can hardly read the lines. From now on, get ready for a steady stream of disinformation like this from the Prez's defenders, for whom character assassination is an art form. After all, he has that whole network of Russian bots and trolls working on it, with an interest in discrediting Ukraine and Schiff. But this You Tube dude is an amateur. Try to follow the tenuous alleged "connection" of Schiff to Franklin Templeton Investments and Templeton's son and Blackrock and the Ukrainian corruption. What evidence does he provide? Another Pizzagate-level conspiracy theory cooked up to discredit Schiff. The same could be done to anyone. Igor Pasternak, who is an American citizen born in Kazakhstan, donated arms to Ukraine to fight Russia and got onto Putin's bad list. He also held a fundraiser for Schiff in 2013. So what? Is that the smoking gun?

    Well leaving aside Rudy Giuliani,
    ..and....
The partial transcript of the July 25 phone conversation in which Trump asks dirt in return for arms.
Text messages to Ukraine Kurt Volker outlining how Zelensky would be invited for a White House visit only if he promised to carry out the requested investigations.
Yuri Lutsenko's report that Giuliani had repeatedly demanded that the Ukrainians investigate the Biden family.
Kurt Volker and Gordon Sondlands' drafted statement for Zelensky that would commit Ukraine to investigate Burisma and the conspiracy theory that Ukraine interfered with the 2016 election.
    Volker's text message,
    Sondland's text
    Sondland's testimony
Mick Mulvaney's admission of the shakedown,
    Alexander Vindman's testifimony
All we have is two whistlblowers, at least four national security officials, Marie Yovanovitch, Fiona Hill, George Kent, Michael McKinley, William Taylor, Laura Cooper, Philip Reeker, Lev Parnas, Igor Fruman, and Tim Morrison.

That we know of, and I'm sorry I didn't go into detail but I was getting tired.
That's all we got at this point...that we know of for sure.

All Trump has to do is release the phone records, documents, emails, tax returns, etc. and allow Giuliani, Bolton, Mulvaney, Don McGahn, Kellyanne Conway, Hope Hicks, Corey Lewandowski, Rick Dearborn and Rob Porter to testify.
Simple, that would clear everything up.

But chicken shit Trump can't allow that, as that would just add more evidence of his corruption.

  10. Here's hoping that those two whistleblowers get it right otherwise they should be tried as vexatious litigants.
Just for the education - A vexatious litigant wastes court's time with rubbish just to harass others.

    Already have.

The first whistleblower made 14 significant claims:
    1. Trump asked a foreign government to investigate a political rival...proven.
    2. Giuliani and Barr are involved.....proven.
    3. Trump asked Zelenskyy to investigate Joe Biden and Hunter Biden....proven.
    4. Trump asked Zelenskyy to investigate the 2016 election, he claimed Ukraine interfered, and they had the server....proven.
    5. Trump asked Zelenskyy to meet Giuliani and Barr....proven.
    6. Trump praised the corrupt Yuriy Lutsenko and asked Zelenskyy to keep him in position....proven.
    7. The White house hid and locked down the transcript of the July 25 phone call...proven.
    8. The White house also hid and locked down phone calls to Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman and Russian President Vladimir Putin...reported.
    9. Kurt Volkerand Gordon Sondland visited Kyiv and met with President Zelenskyy a day after the call...proven.
    10. Volker and Sondland advised the Ukrainians how to ‘navigate’ trump's demands...proven.
    11. The Ukrainians were led to believe that a meeting or phone call between Trump and Zelenskyy would depend on whether Zelenskyy would ‘play ball’...proven.
    12. Ambassador Yovanovitch was recalled and would be removed...proven.
    13. A meeting was held to withhold arms to Ukraine....proven.
    13. Trump issued instructions to suspend arms to Ukraine....proven.

Lawyers for the second whistleblower claim he or she has first hand knowledge, but he or she has not filed an official complaint, so we don't know what he or she purports to know.

Looks like so far the whistleblowers have led to a string of credible witnesses whose testimony is providing the basis for the House's charge against Trump. In the U.S., the Whistleblower Protection Act 5 U.S.C. 2302(b)(8)-(9), Pub.L. 101-12, sponsored by Republican Senator Chuck Grassley, protects whistleblowers from retalliatory action, including prosecution as "vexatious litigants". Chuck Grassley: Whistleblower Followed the Law and Should Be Heard | National Review In any case, a single act, however frivolous, is usually insufficient to be considered vexatious. The actions must be "so devoid of merit and be so frivolous that they can be described as a flagrant abuse of the system , have no reasonable probability of success, lack reasonable or probable cause or excuse, and are clearly meant to abuse the processes of the courts and to harass the adverse party than other litigants."Morton v. Wagner, (2007) 156 Cal.App.4th 963, 67 Cal.Rptr.3d 818. I don't think you'd get anywhere with it here.

When I was growing up my father was a rabid racist and put down anyone even slightly different. As part of his despicable abuse he thought up condescending nicknames or mispronounced their name. Does this sound like anyone else in the news; someone living at 1600 Pennsylvania Ave.?

  15. As impeachment goes I'm betting that none of the democrat senators running for the nomination of their party are going to want to be pulled off the campaign trail with a trial in the Senate that will be mandatory for them to attend.

The Republicans just said they would use the FEDERAL RULES OF PRACTICE to do their trial and that John Roberts will preside. Since Trump has been campaigning and raising money for these dishonest and conflicted Republicans, they can not take part in the Senate process.
