That's Rasmussen for you--the most consistently favorable to Trump and Republicans of all the major polls.

In 2018, Rasmussen Reports predicted that Republicans would win the generic ballot by 1 percentage point. Actually, Democrats won by nearly 9 percentage points

  3. Why do people think writing their signature equals scribbling?

  4. It's odd, very odd. There's 2 different people in that skull.

What does his signatures say about him? I don't understand or see the significance.

  9. Then again, maybe there is a secret angst at a culture they really can't relate to at all, that presents everything as hunky dory when experience has taught them better.

Same goes for poor white people. We all have to try and conform to this positive, polite society, when all our memories are focused around negativity and violence. It's a society built by the privileged for the privileged, and you see the hypocrisy when you know that when you were a child, no one did the least bit to help you.

Maybe so, maybe not, but I wouldn't rely on the Rasmussen poll for that conclusion.

He missed a promising career as a doctor? (illegible handwriting). And he thinks he's a big shot, or "a big hunk of a man", but has anger and insecurity issues.
Graphologist Melissa Becker, who studied in New York at The New School for Social Research, said Mr Trump’s signature belonged to someone who “was really wanting to make an impression”, and noted that the lines formed a series of triangles.“ He’s famous for Trump Tower, it’s like he’s presenting an image of someone who is literally a tower builder,” she said. “It is also the favourite signature of very aggressive and, actually, very violent people. “There’s no empathy. It’s, ‘I’m going from place to place in this very big, consistent way and there’s no concern for anybody else’.
“I think you would have to say it’s pretty ruthless.” That's our guy!

  12. That's not a problem, they can fall back on their white privilege.

Wow, psychoanalysts are trying to interpret Trump's handwriting? :tearsofjoy:

Handwriting says nothing about a person. There's no hard science that says that handwriting or autograph style determines a person's IQ or personality.

  14. I think this country already has a good idea about Trump's IQ and personality...no further tests needed..

A long time ago they were talking about this.

Someone said, or I read somewhere that he signs big. And when you sign big, it means that you're self assured or something. I think it supposedly means he's neurotic. Lol... I don't know how much it really means though. It may just mean that's how he was feeling when he learned to sign his name or decided to sign his name the way that he does. Because usually don't you learn to sign your name a certain way and then just keep doing it that way thereafter? :)

I hate being so negative, but in general I don't think he's done a very good job. I'll be glad when the presidency is over.

  16. It doesn't make a difference. Having white privilege doesn't mean you can forget and suddenly become a care free well-adjusted member of society.

Supposedly indeed. Therein lies the problem is that it is not a hard science. There could be a handful of different reasons why a person's autograph is not exactly the same every time they sign it. And why everyone's handwriting style is different. Hard sciences like mathematics tells us that 2 + 2 = 4 every single time you add those numbers. Unlike math, there's no hard science to back up psychoanalyzing a person's handwriting. Shit, my handwriting has evolved a lot over my life. When I was in high school, I had stellar handwriting. It's gotten progressively worse into adulthood where I rely on typing on a keyboard more often than writing with a pen and paper.

  18. "In general, you don't think he's done a very good job?" Can you be any weaker on such an unfit President? You sound like the entire Republican senate..

Based on the foregoing, WP is, since graphology is at best an inexact science. But just in case he's right about graphology, WP's still wrong about Trump on the basis of expert graphologist assessments of Trump's personality. (Post #874).

  20. Perhaps the psychoanalysts doing the study need to be checked out..
