Read back. I explained. The numbers in your info pics are false, the motivation for the killings not uniform, your sources try to make it seem Obama is condoning the situation, etc. etc.

 

Prove that the numbers are false. Oh stop it, It is very racially motivated and Obama clearly not speaking out about this problem while praising them for other things is concerning.

I shared a link that is at least as reliable as your sources. The 700,000 number is made up. Uncertain. Most likely lower. You are the one making the assertion that many are murdered (by sharing a fucking pic), so you prove it. Anyone can make such a pic. True, anyone can edit wikipedia too, but that does get verified.

 

I dont think he does it consciously. I think he's a young white guy who has fallen victim to an intentional far right propaganda campaign targeting young white guys just like him.

 

It may be concerning he didn't speak out about that issue at all, but the thing is all your sources are biased, at least slightly misleading and charged or exaggerated.

I'm sure Obama did not praise him for that.

While it is uncertain the amount of deaths of white farmers is 700,000 but the ANC Government claims that it no longer records race based statistics with regard to murder with the result that the available statistics come from unamed sources with the impression being created that the statistics DO in fact exist and that secret informers are extracting them -- trouble is that the numbers do not all agree with one claim suggesting that the number of white murders is around 30,000 rather than the more widely reported 68,800 plus.

I think that mainly reflects the differences in life in various parts of the world.
Here in London, you can stop and chat to a police officer while your friends take a few photographs (it happens quite a lot when our daughter patrols areas such as Buckingham Palace).
Their is more than one country in the world, where such an action would result in you either getting shot, or thrown in prison as a suspected terrorist.

 

So you're already spreading false info with those pics that claim its that amount.
The motive is also not uniformly racist. It seems just as much class and politically motivated. Just because most farm owners are white and most attackers likely black the dots are easily connected to a person who thinks the white race is under threat. Like Kirstie seems to believe. It's one thing to think the white race is in danger, another to attribute the decline of white population to exterior sources and an even stranger thing to connect that general decline to the situation of white farmers in South Africa.

The statistics vary.
There have been plenty of attacks that have been race related but I will agree that I can't say that all of it was due to race. We can agree to disagree on other things.

 

In the 90s, early 00s it was still normal in dutch downtown cities to smoke a joint next to a cop. How many countries could say that But i noticed this tolerance is not as common as it used to be. Agression and disrespect (in general and against the police specifically) has increased on the streets.
What really grinds my gears is violence and obstructing ambulance personel. Something that has increased as well. I don't mind a cop beating such an obstructor in the face.

 

Your comment is very interesting and accounts for some of the police attitude that I have seen highlighted in US documentaries.
These slobs should work in London and see how it feels to face a drug crazed idiot wielding a knife, while their only method of defense is a pepper spray.
The vast majority of law abiding citizens here have a high level of respect for the service that our police provide and the system works fairly well.

 

If you cared about the details as much as such a pic merely supporting your stance, you wouldn't have used it. As the numbers may not be clear, but the 700,000 one is dubiously high. I think you realize why.

I posted it because its the one that from what I have seen the majority of people use and the other numbers are used by others. It's hard to pinpoint the statistics due to the government not issuing them anymore based on race.

I agree with you on that one. During the rescission when no money was being spent on theater restoration, I drove a London ambulance for 2 years.
Although the only incident that I had was with a guy objecting to me rolling his drunk friend into the recovery position to prevent him from choking on his vomit, crews in some areas face violent reactions on an almost daily basis.
