2020 Election

Fox is the tail wagging the dog, and is no better than our glorious leader who insists he should be above the law. Donald Duck has even had to be told point blank that he cannot pardon himself, because he's such a good Christian. He will either leave office and be pardoned for federal crimes, or prove to the world he's every bit as insane as we know he is. Either Americans catch on that there is such a thing as the truth, or they don't, but over half of them don't want to know the truth.

 

Fox is legally entertainment, and if you think of them as entertainment their behavior makes more sense. Just like any movie or TV show, violence and anger are big sellers, and Fox can just generate their own angry audience by consistently lying to them and telling them whatever they want to hear. Now they are attempting to rehabilitate their own audience, as if they were televangelists.

Professional Wrestling sells them. But nobody needs them or Fox News, since Americans have been futility attempting to vote the bums out of office for most the last half century. You can't vote the idiots out of office, by voting someone else in. American politics have devolved into an unhealthy habit, along the same lines as smoking. There's no evidence whatsoever that your votes still matter, and all the evidence in the world that participating in politics shortens your lifespan.

Fox News is literally killing their audience, and many of them know it, but there's no accounting for taste or the mindless mob. Thankfully, the republican party could not be aging and falling apart faster. Many have suggested we require a test to prove you are competent to vote, but I'd say start with checking them for senility, piss, and vinegar.
