    The spoof image of Trump with his face placed over Greta Thunberg was issued by Trump's Trump War Room.

    It's characteristic of Trump to envy and belittle the accomplishment of someone else by pasting his face over the other person and boasting about himself.

    The article below depicts various Trump fantasies issued by Trump, such as the recent fake Time cover, Trump pretending to be a Hollywood Marvel movie villain, and Trump's face pasted over the shirtless body of Sylvester Stallone.

    She was nominated for a Noble Prize.
    She was featured in a 30 minute documentary.
    She's been honored by the Royal Scottish Geographical Society.
    She won a Fryshuset scholarship.
    She's the Swedish Woman of the Year for 2019.
    She received the Goldene Kamera Special Climate Protection award, shared the Fritt Ords Prize, won the Laudato Si' Prize, the Webby Awards, the Geddes Environment Medal, the Ambassador of Conscience Award,....and I'd keep listing more but I go....

    Which just puts more emphasis on the question

    What so far, has she actually done?

    I am a fan personally, go girl, ripping into Bolsanaro a good thing

    But in regards to actually enacting the changes we need....what has she actually done?

    I hate to say this. I sort of agree with Vanilla Gorilla on Greta Thunberg. Environmentalists are sometimes terribly non-pragmatic. I like her and agree with her generally, but Homegirl got on a boat instead of a plane to come to the US?

    A: There are economies of scale. Being on a boat uses way more gas than a passenger seat on a plane.

    B: Why not just not travel?

    And I'm really concerned about climate change, and I'm about to fly to Mexico for the 5th time this year. But I realize I'm a bit of a hypocrite. Kids just too young.

    I think people are making a big deal about Greta Thunberg is because she's so young and that gives them a way to not have to actually do a god damned thing. "Oh, thank god for the kids." *Continues blowing the worlds entire carbon sink into the atmosphere.

    It's peak boomber.

    Yeah it was solar powered.

    I think its inspiring how principled she is. Most people dont have the guts to do what she's doing but I also think she makes people realize they can do a little more than what they were already doing.
    Plus she basically called our world leaders hypocrites right to their faces. Even if she accomplishes nothing else, it's not like the rest of us will ever have a chance to do that
