Okay no problem, this is well documented and a well established fact.

The Terrorism That Doesn’t Spark a Panic

So I couldn't post the actual link I wanted to post because it's a pdf...but within that article there's a link to a pdf of all domestic terrorism incidents in 2018.

This is a good resource to learn more too:
    Domestic Terrorism | The Record

The Rise of Far-Right Extremism in the United States

Terrorism in the United States: key facts, patterns, trends
From Politifact - jihadists have killed 104 people in the US post 9/11, and right wing terrorists have killed 109

Here's a couple of screenshots from the PDF linked in the Atlantic article since I couldnt link it. I know you'll take the time to give this some fair consideration and read through the PDF l but I'll post this here too

  4. Good thing the left wing terrorists aren't organized or we'd have people blocking streets and burning down stores.

  5. Oh nevermind, I just read where the kid who got beat up by 8 black kids wasn't the victim of a hate crime. So it's all cool now.

  6. So basically the same number as gang killings in Chicago for the year. I don't know, still seems like a skewed perspective overall.

    You're moving the yardstick.
You were talking about political, ideological violence. Gang violence is not motivated by political ideologies
You cant just cancel out the examples of right wing violence I mentioned by bringing up gang violence lol, it doesnt work like that

  8. True, some violence is better than other violence.

    100% you say?

Well, I guess you don’t believe mass shootings and antifa rioting are forms of terrorism. For example, Dayton shooter of 2019 was a left wing extremist.

Dayton shooting: What do we know about Connor Betts' politics

Right wing terrorism is a problem for sure. But it’s dishonest to say leftists never commit terrorism.

I don't think she's saying that, you are just measuring different things is all.

You're the one that brought up left wing political violence though. If you feel that all violence is the same, why the focus on only left wing violence? That's pretty logically inconsistent.
If mentioning right wing violence is presenting a "skewed perspective," then the same logic certainly applies to left wing violence. Especially considering the death toll from right wing violence is much higher

I'm not sure if you're deliberately attacking the straw man, in which case you're being the dishonest one here, or if the issue is with your reading comprehension.
Nowhere did I say the left never commits terrorism.

I said almost all domestic terrorism committed in 2018 was committed by right wing extremists.
Almost being the imperative word there.
And then I provided multiple sources to back up my claim.

  14. But not everyone who has ever committed a violent act is right wing. Why would you even say that?

I'll just post this again since no one seemed to pay attention to it the first time

    But you did say this:

    No true Scotsman fallacy

  17. What I can't get over is anyone trying to sell the horrors of "right wing violence" when the bulk of the violence that is blamed on the left and right is being performed by assholes who are apolitical or just plain psychotic and using politics as a convenient excuse.

Of course we live in an age where people claim that words ARE violence. But so is silence apparently, especially if it happens to be white people being silent, that's apparently "violence". Hitting people with chains and bike locks is just kids letting off a little frustration, (those rascals they).

I dont get your point nor do I get how that's a no true scotsman fallacy. What I said is factually true.

  19. Violence is so bad.

  20. Remember when it was just gangs who attacked people for wearing the wrong hat?
