Ugh, I'm tired of that kind of stuff. He probably would have had to watch the movie like 1/2 dozen times already to go through the detail. And will watch it another 20 times in the next 5 years because he loves star wars
Maybe, he does those for movies I enjoy as well, I still find them amusing. I think his forte is fantasy/comic book movies.
Did she say she's not going to reprise the role anymore or is there something in the movie that suggests that?
she is fantastic (haven't seen 'skywalker' yet, but force awakens and last jedi were cool). I could have gone another round with the Rose Tico character because I like the diversity. Female lead also feels kind of like progress, but I think John Boyega's role steals the spotlight from that aspect, as he's pretty good too. Very cool! Can't wait until it comes to DVD/BluRay.
Outrage, outrage I tell you! “Star Wars” actor John Boyega felt the force of online outrage Tuesday after making a crude joke about his character hooking up with Jedi hero Rey in their fictional galaxy. The star made the crass quip in response to a fan, who joked on Instagram that the death of his character’s romantic rival in new flick The Rise of Skywalker had opened the door for Boyega’s character Finn. “It’s not about who she kisses but who eventually lays the pipe. You are a genius,” Boyega responded" Star Wars’ actor slammed for crude joke
Wonder if people said the same about Mark Hamill after it sank in Star wars is gonna be a trilogy (for the next decades)
Let me get this straight “a woman shared a screenshot of Boyega's comment and wrote: "bro you re extremly disgusting and gross also f------ disrespectful… you cannot be this jealous of adam driver dude as a black woman im f---ing ashamed that someone like you represented us in star wars." Ha, ha, ha…. You know it’s some white guy posing as a black woman trying to stir up some shit. Some white guy who probably views Rey as a mud-shark and wouldn’t have anything to do with either one of them. …lol.. gullible SOBs
Its not VGs forum I was also interested in how it contradicts to bothering extent (even though I might regret reading it before i watched the movie. But I already strongly expect its not to my liking). Btw: I picked up Fallen order again and had a blast I'm now on Kashyyyk. I already was on Kashyyyk regularly in Battlefront 2, but that is set during the clone wars. Now it's a couple of years after the ending of Revenge of the Sith. I like how you can clearly see the transitioning from republic to empirical control in some places.
OK over the next couple of weeks we’ll go point by point. First off what the fuck is up with Emperor Palpatine? In no other previous incarnation do they hint at the possibility that Sheev Palpatine (Yes, his first name is Sheev) is back, and the previous director who was fired (before they hired J J Abrams) said that Palpatine wasn’t in the original script. Confirmation of that comes from Ian McDiarmid himself who played Palpatine and admitted in a press conference that he wasn’t expecting to be in the movie, and was called in halfway through production Main point: Palpatine’s presence in the movie cheapens Darth Vader’s sacrifice in Return of the Jedi
Not at all, I fully agree that bringing Palpatine back in episode 9 seems unneccesary and lame. Unless its done with a reason that DOES add to the story. On which i can't comment myself yet.
Wifey and I seeing the new movie tomorrow. I'm getting a metal popcorn container with the girl on it, cause I think that dark Vader wannabe is a total F Bomb.
