    https://phys.org/news/2010-06-anger-wartime.html

    excerpt:

"Making people angry, on the other hand, sets into motion a much different cluster of behavioral tendencies.

"When people are angry," Lambert says, "they start preferring and liking things that they would not normally prefer. They start liking aggressive politicians more than they otherwise would, and they start disliking passive or dovish politicians. So, in a sense, once the emotion is activated, it has a life of its own, and starts directing your thoughts and attitudes, independent of how you might have felt before you became angry.

"If I kick you, you're going to look for some way to kick me back; but when something happens to the entire country, you need to look for someone more powerful than you to carry out that role, and in least in our culture, it's the president that does that."

Lambert suspects that the psychology behind the rally effect may explain why leaders in countries such as North Korea and Iran are so quick to rattle sabers in their dealings with adversaries around the globe - the threat of conflict abroad can shore up support for politicians at home."

How are you measuring that? Because by actual data that matters Americans are really struggling. Employment does not mean you are doing OK. Unemployment is low even if people work 3 part time jobs all with no benefits or pay. It's easy to find a bad job in America and very hard to find a good one. Ask some farmers how they are doing. Their profits are basically gone and markets limited due to his policies.

I feel like you would say unemployment and shares are up as the reasons. Neither of those things matter to the average middle class person. Odd thing with Trumps cult is when it works for them they are very socialist like me. Everything is the collective group and saying screw the elites we are the ones who work hard so where is our slice of pie? When they feel ruthless capitalism AKA 1% polices like his are challenged by someone not of their tribe they worship greed and poor economic choices. What seems to matter is if they judge the person protesting to be liberal. Rich people that make their life hard are fine as long as they think they owns guns and are Christian. Maybe why everyone in Hollywood sucks except Regan and Arnold. To them ONLY conservatives really get the struggles of the middle class and how we fix that without the dreaded taxes and socialism.

I dunno dawg. Life's pretty good here.

It's coincidental though. Despite the fact that 'the economy' being the most important thing people vote on, it's like when your dog gets mad at you about the rain. You didn't cause it when it's bad, but they still pee on your floor. If it's good they wag their tails.

People are dumb is my thesis.

    Yes, really

Making up shit about WMDs, killing 1/2 million Iraqis. Tell me what Trump has done that even comes close to that

  5. The country has changed, for the worst. Four more years of Trump and it'll be toast. Therein lies the trouble he's caused as president. It has much more to do with Americans' attitudes than facts and figures. I'm sure Lucifer could balance the budget, too. If you think the first four years made a complete mockery of everything you hold dear, you ain't seen nothing yet. A leopard doesn't change its spots.

I may actually agree with you here. Bush was a war criminal.

But then W may saved a lot of lives in Africa. Trump hasn't done anything good like Bush did in creating PEPFAR either.

The United States President's Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief - United States Department of State

And with Trump murdering Iranian generals in Iraq on Iraqi invitation... Trump may be escalating the war crimes part of his presidency.

Charlottesville, Impeachment, War Crimes, 4 year failure, interned Latinos, bad hair. An ugly legacy all around.

    For starters...

^^^ Those are from meagain in case you didn't notice.

    As far as..

Are you paying any attention to the news? Give Trump a week or so, maybe a month... It will probably be "more than the world has ever seen". The fucking moron is unhinged.

    ___________________________________________________________________________

Don't get me started on what his deregulations are doing... Driving the "stock market up" while damaging the environment and health of people is not a "good thing".

Giving massive tax cuts to the wealthy and corporations with no way to pay for it without cutting services for the lower classes is not a "good thing".

Alienating most of out allies and dropping out of long held agreements is not a "good thing"

I think deep down, you just want to see the US fall flat on it's face... You would get some twisted type of enjoyment out of that.

A Twilight Zone episode that depicts the quality of life when everyone is too afraid to stand up to a spoiled, immature dictator, Anthony, who disposes of anyone who he thinks usurped him.

Anthony's notable line: "I hate everyone who doesn't like me."

    Twilight Zone - It's a Good Life

Dan (Don Keefer) reaches his breaking point inside the isolated midwestern town where six-year-old Anthony Fremont (Bill Mumy) controls everything - including Dan's grotesque fate.

So you are saying deregulation, tax cuts, agreements are worse than invading Iraq, killing 1/2 million Iraqis

Only if you try to twist what I said around to fit your warped agenda...

You must have a serious reading comprehension problem, you might want to have that checked.

And you still just keep avoiding the question.

What has Trump done that is anywhere near as bad as invading Iraq, killing all those Iraqis

The answer is nothing, and you know that

Once again Trump proves to the world he's a pathological liar

On Sunday, trump tweeted“The United States just spent Two Trillion Dollars on Military Equipment” and that if necessary he would use it to hit Iran “very fast and very hard.”

The key words "Just Spent" and "Two Trillion"

The actual amount spent on military equipment since he became president (3 Years) is closer to $420 billion, according to a defense budget expert and senior fellow
at the Center for Strategic and International Studies.

...lol.... He’s simply incapable of telling the truth.

Sadly it's all true including allegations of being a sexual predator and sexual assault.

Harvey Weinstein is currently on trial in NY on two counts of sexual assault, two counts of rape, and one count of a criminal sexual act.

Fast forward two years from now when Trump is a civilian facing similar charges in a Manhattan courtroom.

    Narcissistic personality disorder

Narcissistic personality disorder - Symptoms and causes

    excerpt:

    "Symptoms

Signs and symptoms of narcissistic personality disorder and the severity of symptoms vary. People with the disorder can:

Have an exaggerated sense of self-importance

Have a sense of entitlement and require constant, excessive admiration

Expect to be recognized as superior even without achievements that warrant it

    Exaggerate achievements and talents

Be preoccupied with fantasies about success, power, brilliance, beauty or the perfect mate

Believe they are superior and can only associate with equally special people

Monopolize conversations and belittle or look down on people they perceive as inferior

Expect special favors and unquestioning compliance with their expectations

Take advantage of others to get what they want

Have an inability or unwillingness to recognize the needs and feelings of others

Be envious of others and believe others envy them

Behave in an arrogant or haughty manner, coming across as conceited, boastful and pretentious

Insist on having the best of everything — for instance, the best car or office

At the same time, people with narcissistic personality disorder have trouble handling anything they perceive as criticism, and they can:

Become impatient or angry when they don't receive special treatment

Have significant interpersonal problems and easily feel slighted

React with rage or contempt and try to belittle the other person to make themselves appear superior

Have difficulty regulating emotions and behavior

Experience major problems dealing with stress and adapting to change

Feel depressed and moody because they fall short of perfection

Have secret feelings of insecurity, shame, vulnerability and humiliation"

I thought he wanted to pull troops out of the Mid East, and the world for that matter.
