I'm not really a big fan of seeing this turned into another identity politics driven, "I'm with her" campaign. And Warren and Klobachar's speeches about how the US is ready for a female president seemed really unnecessary considering no one claimed otherwise.

I'm surprised that polling isn't better on Klobuchar & Buttigieg. They are both very very articulate! I like good speakers.

I think the main reason I'm supporting Sanders instead is primarily because he wants it. He's gonna go after what he's talking about. Some other people would probably simply walk away from their campaign promises, but I don't think Sanders will just because the way he talks about it. You can tell these sociological factors are a reality to him. He believes what he's saying. Unfortunately, with Warren I don't feel the same can be said, but that's possibly because she's newer to me than he is.

They both seem like such establishmentarians that I'm surprised anything would be rigged against them. Perhaps you and I don't see the same direction for the democratic party. It may seem to some that we have veered left, but the long standing tradition has been more-toward-center politics. Be that as it may, the left-veering that I have grown to prefer is readily apparent in many of the debates; even from moderate Joe Biden, though I don't remember what he mentioned that had me reeling.

I feel like it's rigged for the status quo to prevail, as in we get more of the same from a player like Joe Biden and the voices of the left-leaning electorate go unheard yet again. Just two cents...

They can. It's literally the only thing they can do. We have late night talk shows, SNL, pretty much all of Hollywood and the music industry (excluding country of course), the NFL, and pretty much the rest of the entertainment and media industries, not to mention academia.
