They were invaders, just like christians were, or settlers, however you want to look at it, slaves were originally brought to the Caribbean and then to the USA.

I disagree with most of what you said. That's a serious problem in western society: Most westerners badmouth Islam and at the same time know little about it. The slaves who wrote down their history told that they were captured by English and Dutch slavers, or sold after being captured by enemy tribes, who may have been of other religions. The names I gave you earlier tell about their voyage in the slave ship to South Carolina and New York. And before you argue, New York City did have a slave market back then. Remains from that place were un-earthed a few years ago.
